Meetings with coach Julia L are great, and so many features of app are very helpful. After almost four weeks, I’m still struggling to figure out what I should eat to get a healthy balance of macronutrients - I can’t seem to get enough protein, carbohydrates, and calories without overdoing sodium and saturated fats. Also, some of the features in the app are difficult to locate - a navigation system or menu would be really helpful.

There was a mixup with my dietitian appointment and I missed it by 15 minutes and I was charged the $99 and I asked for an exception because I’ve been a member for over 25 years. Never had any missed payment or missed anything before and they told me they couldn’t do anything it’s a little bit disheartening being that I’ve been with the company for so long.

The app works with my overall health picture and syncs with Apple Health. The best program yet. I love not only the points system but also having macros and suggested ranges! I never worry about getting enough protein and fiber, and I know exactly how much to get. Tracking all of my food has allowed me to find ways to reduce my sodium. Tracking my weight and activity at the gym while my watch tracks my sleep allows me to correlate my actions to my results. Super helpful and super effective. And when I really want a soft drink or I really want a doughnut there’s a way to do it and stay on program and thrive.

Poor communication, too expensive, and all in all not worth it. My partner is receiving the same care I am for 100 dollars less. I plan to cancel my subscription in the near future.

The app is so very different from it was years ago. I am challenged to locate things I like to track and find. I find myself searching various areas but unable to find. Locating weekly weight, adding BP for med+, RSVP difficult to locate and remember to do, LOVE my coach.

Rejoined WW after being away for three years. Loved their old App. Was easy to use, and made me feel encouraged. This new App is ridiculous! Hard to find recipes, where and how to track points, etc. Don’t even get me started on where to track weight. Just a hassle I don’t need. The clinicians are responsive and helpful ( if I can remember how to communicate with them again ). Ugh

I live in Portland Oregon. The only place workshops are held on the east side of town is at a recreation center. Parking is nearly impossible (even the handicap spaces are taken at the Friday morning meeting). The only other meeting time is Sunday. With Friday being my only option I have to have someone drop me off while I run in and weigh. I’m missing the workshop. I cannot attend on Sunday so Friday is my only choice. On the other side of town there are several workshops offered. It seems my area is being ignored.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I joined only because their representative told me they had a great prior authorization team and could help me get GLP-1. That was in early February. It was not until April 30 that I was finally able to order the medication but they made me continue paying the monthly fee for Feb, March, and April. When I brought it up and said that I had already found an approval from their competitor they were very quick to remind me that in their Ts and Cs that there is literally no way that you can get out of their contract early. Buyer definitely beware. There is a reason this company is going bankrupt.
