Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I ordered 2 products paid by my bank on line. Then I received an email saying payment declined, can I use a different payment method. I did, and used klarna pay over 3. Checking my bank santander I saw that santander had paid in full for my order. Checked klarna and obviously that part payment has been paid as well. Contacted and explained and was told I could keep the product!!!what a joke all i wanted was to return the second order and have a refund. Weight World obviously do not offer refunds and even when you send in proof that you paid they still don't believe you.....very poor will not use again.

faulty patches that are not sticking to the skin, but you have to pay for return it

bought a pack of weight control patches, tried 3 as the first one did not stick neither the second and the third one, so i've contacted the company and asked for a refund, they got back saying that i have to pay for the return even though they send an item that clearly is faulty! classic scam

Do not order from this site if you are…

Do not order from this site if you are in UAE . Very bad experience and you will need to chase them after to action your order . It’s not recommended even you place your order by UPS . Customer service will apologize and advise will update you , hence if you don’t email them over and over . They don’t attend to you . As an influencer , I won’t advise to choose them for your business or service. I’d love to attached their emails for proof but however there is no way here to do so .

Kids Magnesium gummies are not for kids

Kids Magnesium gummies were actually not meant for kids. The packaging label said to strictly not to give anyone under the age of 18. Website said the gummies are suitable for 5 years old. When brought to attention they quickly responded me with a false promise of fixing it. It has been months. New gummies were sent but they were same. They dont even have a complaint process. They are still selling to those gummies to Kids. I have got proof if they say anything different. Beware.

You are all being lied to.

This company is selling products that do not contain what they are supposed to. This is why they are so reasonably priced. I bought their MSM which is supposed to have 2.4g per serving(2 tablets). However when I weighed the tablets they are only 0.8g each. That includes all the binders etc that go into the tablet so the amount of MSM is less than half of what they claim. I emailed them about this and they tried to fob me off with an explanation about concentration and how the label states the equivalent amount of pure MSM. I explained to them that MSM is a pure compound and cannot be concentrated beyond 1:1. They had no answer. They said they would check with their manufacturer. Countless emails and 5 months later no explanation other than they have taken my comments seriously and will keep checking with their manufacturer. MSM is a very cheap ingredient and if they are lying about the amount of that in their products you can be sure they are lying about everything else as well. I have also notified trading standards and asked them to look into it because this is disgraceful.

In response to the reply below.

"The 2400mg per serving refers to the potency – the active amount of pure MSM that each recommended two-tablet serving delivers. While you're absolutely right that MSM is a pure compound and isn't "concentrated" in the way a liquid extract might be, in the supplement industry, the term "concentration" or "potency" on a label indicates the amount of the key active ingredient present, irrespective of the total tablet weight. This is a standard industry practice to communicate the effective dose of the beneficial compound".

RESPONSE : This makes no sense and is factually incorrect on every point.
2400 mg refers to the amount included NOT potency.
Concentration and potency are NOT the same and are NOT used interchangeably.
MSM cannot be concentrated beyond 1:1 therefore no matter what way you try to spin this an 800mg tablet cant contain 1200mg of MSM.

"A tablet's total weight (0.8g each in this case) includes not just the active MSM but also vital inactive ingredients called excipients. These excipients are crucial for the tablet's integrity and performance. They act as binders to hold the tablet together, flow agents to ensure consistent manufacturing, and disintegrants that help the tablet break down effectively in your digestive system, allowing the MSM to be properly absorbed. Without these, it would be extremely difficult to create a stable, accurately dosed tablet, especially for ingredients like MSM which can be dense".

RESPONSE : This is correct, the 800mg tablet contains a whole lot of binders, fillers, flow enablers, whitening agents etc etc. Therefore it has to be accepted that the 800mg tablet couldn't possibly contain even 800mg of MSM, let alone the 1200mg it is advertised as containing.

"We assure you that the 2400mg of pure MSM is indeed present and delivered in the recommended serving. We work diligently with our manufacturers to ensure high purity and potency, and our products undergo rigorous quality control and third-party testing to verify that they meet label claims".

RESPONSE : An assurance is of no use without evidence and you have provided none. You have accepted above that the tablet contains substantially less than 800mg of active ingredient due to the fillers etc, you have accepted MSM cannot be concentrated beyond 1:1 so how can you still expect consumers with a shred of intelligence to accept your position that the tablet contains 1200mg??

I emailed you on 3rd feb looking an explanation and there have been 26 emails since. You have given excuse after excuse most recently blaming your manufacturer for not providing the ingredient list. Your recent email campaign stating your manufacturer is GMP compliant is going to get you or them or both of you in a lot of trouble. GMP has a lot of requirements and any GMP manufacturer will immediately provide an ingredient list. I have updated my complaint to trading standards to include an investigation of your manufacturer.

We take your feedback seriously and are committed to improving clarity in our product descriptions to prevent such misunderstandings in the future.

RESPONSE : You clearly dont take these seriously. 26 emails over a 3 month period with nothing other than excuses and attempts to blame your manufacturers refusal to supply an ingredient list does not suggest a company who places any importance on honesty or product quality.

Life-Changing Health Boost from WeightWorld!

I’ve been using a few WeightWorld products for the past few months—specifically their Probiotics, Apple Cider Vinegar Tablets, and BCAA—and I’m genuinely impressed with the results.

Almost certain that these are fake supplements

Bought black seed oil. Received after waiting more than a week, which is fine I don't mind waiting, cut open the capsules as I could not smell even the faintest whiff of black seed on the outer shell (which if anyone knows has a very strong scent profile) to my shock it just smelt like olive oil. No black seed whatsoever. I'm almost certain this line is a fake and a scam.

Selling out of stock items

Bought 3 items from them. Received 2 of the 3 items and it was showing on my account as fully delivered. Contacted them by email, just to be told that the item was out of stock (it will take 5 to 6 working days to be back in stock). Despite that no email with this information, no showing as pending on my account (instead of delivered), and the worse, still showing as in stock on their website!

Good product range but SNEAKY practices

Good product range and prompt delivery however, this is the sneakiest companies around and you need to double check everything when you order as they increase the price after payment is made (you are shown one price and when you click pay and payment go through, a different charge is made to the payment method) or you put in a code for a certain discount and as you go through, it automatically fill in a smaller discount code...very sneaky

I will not be crying after this company

Weight World seem to have difficulties with understanding the UK trade laws. I have placed an order, while applying the automatic 30% discount for three items as per their website. I also had another voucher for another 30%. I was not surprised that the application has not actioned the second 30%. The amount was £51. When I checked my bank balance, £73 was taken out, instead of the £51, that means that the system has removed the automatic £30 discount. When raising this with the company, they offered me a quick resolution of £15% refund instead of the 30%. When they called me, they were recording the conversation; I heard the usual peeps, but they did not tell me that they are going to record and they have not asked my permission. This is against the UK law. After hearing the peeps, I told them that I am happy that they are recording. Eventually, they refunded the 30%. I never received a notification of any shipment. I wanted to return the order and get a full refund, since by now I have lost faith not only in the company, but also in the products, but this was not possible, because in the process, Weight World changed their name to "Comfort Click" and it was delivered via Amazon. I could have had no idea about the change of their apparent identity without any notification whatsoever to me. Their Vitamin C with bioflavonoids is hard to swallow and burning my stomach, unless I take it with a substantial meal. I will not be crying after Weight Word, Comfort Click, or any other of their names they might have in the pipeline.

I recently purchased a vibroplate from this company when it arrived I realised the remote control was missing. I immediately emailed them,got a response that same day and a successful resolution to my issue within 30minutes. (They emailed to apologise and reissued me a new remote immediately) I’m delighted with my purchase the item is as expected and the price was very competitive. I would deff buy from this company again

I purchased some Magazine Glycinate…

I purchased some Magazine Glycinate Capsules in May, since taking them I've not noticed any difference at all as I have when I've purchased elsewhere, I fact Im sleeping worse anf feel more tired. I contacted them stating all the information they asked. However they said I may return them if I paid the return postage fee stating it had to be recorded or registered post, and they wouldn't be responsible if they were lost, so much for the 100% Money back guarantee. I will not use this company again, their customer service, promises and respect for customers is non existent.
