I recently made the mistake of purchasing the Weilianda Home Theater chair, and it has been disappointing from start to finish. While the chair does arrive with some basic features, like cup holders and storage compartments, it's clear right out of the box that this is a cheaply made product. The materials feel fake, and it practically screams "made in China." The build quality is disappointing; this chair doesn’t belong in a serious home theater setup.

Although the cushioning is there, it’s thin and uncomfortable, with lumbar support that feels entirely exaggerated. I could barely sit through a full movie without discomfort, which makes it far from the relaxing experience I’d hoped for. The reclining mechanism, which I expected to be smooth, is frustratingly stiff and clunky, so finding a comfortable position is almost impossible.

The cup holders and storage feel like afterthoughts, and while they exist, they add little value due to flimsy construction. The chair’s design, though aiming for a modern look, ends up looking cheap and out of place in my setup. Assembly was also more complicated than it needed to be, adding to the overall frustration.

In short, this chair is not the high-quality, stylish piece it’s marketed as. Instead, it feels like a cheap product that is, frankly, a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality addition to their home theater—save yourself the regret and look elsewhere!

I bought 8 of these chairs for our theater. The materials are excellent and product is well made. I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered 4 theater chairs (the astronaut version) in blue leather. The company was in touch with me and even noticed an error in my address and contacted me to confirm the correct address. The chairs look great, are very sturdy, and recline back if you want to take a nap. The floor lights, tablet holder, and work/eat optional surface are great ideas.

Product was delivered on time and as advertised.

The seats are comfortable made with good quality.

Great customer service and the chairs are excellent. They look great in my man cave and are very comfortable. Especially like the adjustable headrest as I am a taller guy so it allows me to be comfortable even when fully reclined. Snack tables with included cup holder are great as well. Perfect set up for wings on a football Sunday

Good theater seats for an exceptional price! We got the row of 4 that had a loveseat on the right and all the controls work well. Did not get the connecting hardware but support got it sent right away! Seats are great!

Extremely happy with the customer service. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. Even though FedEx totally screwed things up, Weilianda came through with flying colors. They followed me every step of the way, much more than I ever expected. I have not had a chance to look at my product because my new home build won’t be ready for another couple of months. I’m sure they will be fantastic. Would definitely use this company again.

I have had the recliner for a couple of weeks and been very impressed so far. Cushion is soft and supple and the leather seems high quality and smells nice. The reclining functionality is smooth and quiet. Will see how it holds up long term but so far so good.

It’s nice that the purchase comes with a tray table but one feedback for future improvement is for them to adjust the design of the assembled tray table so it fits in the arm-rest without having to remove the pole attachment.

I had to have a few interactions with customer support since the color I was initially intending to purchase was out of stock and I have to say that the customer support is excellent. I have no qualms about purchasing from them in the future. Recommended.
