Never Again

The worst customer service I've ever seen (I'm still in an ongoing process with them 3 months in).

The site is also very much incomplete (check the links in the bottom of the site).

Sucky customer support

This review is solely on the customer service experience I have had, I ordered a witchy necklace. It says delivered on the tracking but I can’t find it anywhere the post office my neighbors nothing. My problem is I’ve reached out to the customer support team and I’ve been told the same thing for the last 3 weeks which is to check with the post office and or neighbors and if nothing to come back to them, and that’s it I have emailed several times and I get absolutely no help from Talha she repeats the same thing she said in previous email if she responds at all. I can’t say anything on the product since I never received it. I’m very disappointed with how customer support has handled this or not handled this.

Fantastic!

I love the designs of all the necklaces, I decided to go for the Barbara and Kenneth design since I love pink, you can tell they are really well made and are real stones due to weight. Absolutely love it!!

Great quality, cool design, affordable

The necklace is beautiful, I love it so much and I will buy one or two more in a few months.

Quality is great too, it doesn't feel cheap. Like it's stated on the website it's "real pearls, real gemstones and real sterling silver" and it shows ! :D

Shipping is fast. From ordering to delivery in your mailbox, count about 2.5 weeks from US to Belgium (probably 1.5 to 2 weeks if customs don't hold it for a whole week like they did for me).

As for pricing, the necklaces are 52.95€ each (don't know why but I was only charged 51.95€) and that's a lot cheaper than it could be given the quality.

Note that if you're outside from the US, delivery will obviously be on the more expensive side and customs fee will be applied.

For shipping to Belgium, I paid 19.95€ and 33.31€ in customs fee, bringing my total for one necklace to 105.21€... I don't care, still worth it, I love my necklace and want more.
