This was an amazing service, we used it because we had to check out of our apartment at 10am but our flights weren’t until the afternoon. They came to pick up the luggage promptly and brought it to us at the airport right on time, it couldn’t have been easier. Tommy was very polite and helpful and spoke perfect English.
The Weitless service is a game changer. The reservation process was simple, the driver showed up early right outside our building, and was helpful, friendly and polite. They called and texted to notify of baggage drop off at Santa Maria Novella train station and arrived exactly on time. We have dragged many bags over many visits through the city but with Weitless we were able to totally relax on our travel day. Outstanding service that we will absolutely use again!
