Same problem.
They peacefully do that to a lot of people, and there is no chance I let them do that.

It’s a small amount like 40£ but al least they steal all our money, by doing nothing.

So now I’ll just sue them, and everybody had to do exactly the same thing

No stars, complete scam. Stole my money and no goods received since Oct 2023. Despite over 30 emails fobbed off every time . Why Facebook allows advertisement I don’t know

I ordered in October 20232 x disability scooters, 1 for me and one for a friend. Needed as having knee problems.

Nothing arrived, Tracking information it had been delivered to a DO in London. I am Leicestershire

They promised to sent out more, re gave address as they had asked. Nothing has arrived

Today i try to email them again and email is not delivered and failed.

As other have said they are a scam.
Now going to have to speak with credit card company to sort and get my money back.

Facebook should be sued for selling advertising space to this theif

Ordered an item, they allegedly sent it, never showed up. Tracking links were bogus. They offered to send another. Allegedly sent it. They could not verify my mailing address. Tracking links were bogus. I have asked for a refund they said they would send the item and carefully checked. I said no and I wanted a refund and would be reporting them to the credit card company. They offered to send another product. Product does not exist and they are not offering a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This has gone on from October 2023-February 2024

It's no stars for me same experience as others peoples reviews.my item got sent to London first time they sent out again was supposedly deliverd yesterday it was in Northern Ireland.apparently the address I give them .nope I live in grt manchester. They are just scam artists that take people money and refuse to give you refund.i though getting of face book would be legit.stay away from thus site

Take your money and don't deliver anything, they just fob you off with please wait 7 days or they send a letter with a tracking number to a different address to try and make you think they are legitimate.

Scums don’t pay anything, they never sent me my order, they stolen my money. Is any legal actions we can take? Report them to network market?

Same as other comments! I ordered an advent calendar with Jo Malone beauty products. Ordered was placed at the beginning of October 2023. They said it was delivered and then promised to resend it but they never did. They refused a refund. So definitely avoid this organisation of sharks!!!

What an absolute scumbag runs this so called company. Ordered in October, item "delivered' to London.. 400 miles away. Apparently resent another package, in January, out for delivery again, in London. Do these people think London is the only place in Britain. Reported to fraud dept and got money returned. These people need locking up, thieving scumbags. Stay away as you will lose your money

This is one of the biggest scams I have ever been conned by in the process of reporting company to trades ombudsman. So bad DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they refused to refund I ordered in NOVEMBER still never received my calendar.

I gave these 1 star as I can’t give any less and 1 is being very generous.
Avoid these like the plague. Put in a claim right now as you will not receive this calendar. They told me time and time again that it was delivered, apparently re sent it but never received. You have 3 months to put in a claim, don’t let these scammers win. So angry 😡

Ordered Advent calendars back in August 2013. Same story as everyone else, sent proof of delivery but this was not to me, said they would resend but still nothing. No point in chasing them any further as they are clearly operating a scam. I have now contacted my bank to recover the money paid. How can these people continue to get away with it when there are so many scammed customers 🤬
