Wekbo installed our new kitchen via Wickes in February 2024. The work was done to such a sloppy, low standard that Wickes didn’t even offer to fix individual issues but sent out a new installer to rip out the entire kitchen and start again. This includes rewiring the electricity cables as this was deemed to not meet industry standards.

The new installer has done a fantastic job and we can now see what quality work is supposed to look like, making Wekbo’s work look even more shocking in comparison.

As we, wrongly, assumed Wekbo were competent we had them do some private work during the installation as well, such as painting, wallpapering and installing lights and flooring. They charged a high price for all of this and the wallpapering was the only thing done to a high standard while multiple issues with everything else had to be redone. The painting looked good at first but it has now already started to peel in the kitchen and bathroom, and I can only assume the walls/ceilings were not primed properly.

The great reviews are highly suspicious as our experience has been the exact opposite. All in all the experience has been incredibly wasteful, expensive and stressful and I regret ever letting them set foot in my house.
