We Know Data has transformed the way we operate. After giving them access to our original FileMaker Pro template, one of their expert FMP programmers automated processes that would take us days to complete. His knowledge and expertise were first-class.

I had an issue with our FileMaker solution - something we struggled with for at least a couple of hours.
After booking a (discounted) appointment I was met with an amazingly talented developer who spent less than 10 minutes describing the fix. Within the hour everything was tested and functional. Everyone I had contact with seemed very professional and kind.

The WKD team are highly attentive to our needs, and the developer we were assigned (Stathis) is an incredibly knowledgeable and capable Filemaker developer. We tasked them with producing a more modern interface for our aging Filemaker app and haven't disappointed - we're still in a testing phase but confident that what they've delivered will improve staff workflows and reduce human error risks once fully deployed.

We've moved on to an ongoing support contract, and looking forward to seeing what they create for us next!

We Know Data helped us migrate our FileMaker server from a cloud-based setup to an in-house setup. As a business critical piece of software we needed minimal disruption and a timely transfer. WKD were excellent from start to finish, knowledgable, responsive when required and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them for future projects.

Over the span of a few years, we've partnered up with We Know Data to fine-tune our Filemaker database. They're seriously pro and know their stuff inside out. Working with We Know Data has been a great experience. IACS were recommended to move our server hosting for our FMP system to WKD when our existing provider decided to come out of the market at the end of 2020. WKD found us a combined hosting and licencing solution that gave savings on our existing set up. The team were efficient in transferring the hosting over and combining this with a standard upgrade on our existing FMP version. Our system doesn’t require intensive changes nor development so WKD are able to offer a non subscription support facility that can be billed based on piece work. In 2021 we wanted to make some changes to the system, the WKD team are experts in their knowledge of the system and understood all our issues and found solutions to our requirements. Our users are now much happier with the functionality, layout and report exporting within the system. Our thanks to Kieran, John and Amy, we highly recommend WKD.

We Know Data has helped IQ transition, to a cloud based system connecting three of our stores based in Jersey, Gursey and Isle of Man.
