Had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered by this company from my daughter for my husband and mine wedding anniversary. As always these flowers were beautiful and fresh and were handmade by Alice. Thank you.

Saved my day! A couple of days before my wedding we asked Welchs if they could do a brides bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets and 4 button holes, they did not disappoint! They were ready the next morning and they were absolutely stunning! I gave my theme and colours and they were perfect. Thank you for saving our day. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again ☺️ Thank you!

I had a beautiful tied bouquet delivered on 22nd August , it is now 30th August and they still look amazing. Best bouquet I have ever received.

Thank you Welch for putting right the flowers I had received on Saturday from my Dad. The replacement bunch were fresh and well balanced in appearance. The error was corrected by lunch on Monday and email comma swift.
My Dad loved them when I sent him the image, as at 87yrs was proud he had achieved this task! Many thanks

I previously wrote a disappointing review after not receiving contact from the florist. Unfortunately their reply went to my spam folder. A few days later I had a call fromWelch the Florist and we were able to clarify and sort all the disappointment. An apology and an agreement to reimburse my son who lives in Switzerland, since then I have had a personal delivery from Gareth the managing director of the business with a beautiful arrangement of flowers for me to enjoy as well. A most unexpected and kind gesture. So a final review and a big thank you to Welch the Florist for their kindness and excellent customer Setvice.

Very professional and efficient service, I wanted to change my order at short notice and it wasn't a problem. Really beautiful flowers and looked fantastic when delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and certainly use them again. Thank you!

After 30 years loyal customer I feel really let down by Gareth, I put a red and gold order in and received pink and gold . What I got for my money was shocking🙁 I was embarrassed. Gareth wanted to collect off the recipient rather than refund my money so I could go and rectify it in my own time and way. Just for the fact you spoke to me in the manner that you did without putting my feelings of embarrassment first, I won't be back which is quite sad really but your attitude to refunding me was really bad, in my opinion, a company that won't refund in situations like this, dont deserve 30 year long loyal customers. Im fuming😡

Excellent service and fantastic flowers! I ordered a special occasion bouquet at short notice and used their 3hr delivery service - the flowers were delivered in 2.5hrs from ordering and were perfect. I would unreservedly recommend Welch to anyone looking for great flowers and especially for a fast and reliable service.
