Ale was very helpful. He made sure all of my inquiries were answered. It has been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent level of customer service. I knew exactly what to do and when, and he simplified the process.

WRAI has been terrific! I have been very pleased with not the service but the detailed instructions in obtaining and certifying all documents necessary for residency in Israel. Adele M. is the main reason that I have been able to get as far as I have. Even amidst the setbacks and pitfalls associated with the various government agencies here in the US, Adele has always been supportive and full of words of encouragement. She is an absolute delight. Even when you obtain a list of requirements which seem to be relatively straightforward, it never is. It is easy to be frustrated and impatient, leaving the possibility of giving up on the table. When you have an attentive, patient kind and very capable advisor like Adele, you are able to push on and get all the things in order. I’m very grateful to WRAI and Adele. I would highly recommend this service to anyone interested in Israel as their next home.

My experience with WRAI was very positive. I greatly appreciate their prompt responses and willingness to assist with my questions. My coordinators, Vasi Katz and Thomas Goldberg, were very patient and helpful throughout the process. I am currently gathering the necessary documents to complete my Aliyah, having been born in a communist country but leaving as a child and not returning since. Collecting the documents has been challenging, but I am committed to working diligently; especially at times like the one we're living through now, my goal to move to Israel is even greater.

The agency has been extremely helpful in our getting documentation together. We live somewhere where getting apostilles, even a notary signature, is cumbersome and time consuming. Some of our documents have needed to be redone as the time lapse this causes has been excessive. Their patience in helping us stay in track and providing new blank documents has been greatly appreciated.

The staff at WRAI have been instrumental in guiding me through the Aliyah process. Even when I was the source of the delay, they would gently press me to complete each stage of obtaining the various documents and completing the interviews. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to do this without them.

Of course we would not be able to get to the present point without Nefesh-B’Nefesh help at all, but having ongoing conversations with WRAI’s people helped a lot. There were many points of frustration, there is a lot of burocrática in this long process. Being supported by Maria first and then by Ale meant a lot for us, by keeping our spirits and hope up.
They know how it works, familiar with lot of situations and scenarios, and it is very important to know that in some cases the process is longer but still could be successful. We are not in Israel yet, hopefully will be there soon, and we plan to use WRAI help in the beginning as well.

Our experience with WRAI has been phenomenal so far. Our case manager, Adele Meister, has been nothing but supportive and encouraging. Aliyah is an overwhelming and complicated process and Adele has calmed our nerves more than once by providing clear and compassionate guidance and factual information. It takes time to fully transition to Israel, and WRAI fully understands that taking small steps is the best plan for our family. The people that work at a company are what make it incredible. The people who work at WRAI care about you not only as a customer at their business, they also care about you as a person looking to return to their ancestral homeland of Israel. The people I was assigned are Amare and Vasi. They are incrediible! They want me to feel comfortable with the paperwork, and also the process of finding jobs and housing in Israel and employment options, and an Ulpan to master my Hebrew. Everything a person could want out of a business is there and they have a variety of different packages for different people at different reasonable prices. Wonderful company!

We could not seamlessly made Aliyah without the help of WRAI. It can be a long and frustrating process, but we were determined. Our supervisors were patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I want to offer a special "shout-out" to Ale and Yulia. Ale paved the way to the final step. He was exceptionally responsive. Yulia made sure that within two days (!!) we had all the documentation in Israel to become citizens-- a lifelong dream. She seemed to know everyone. I highly recommend purchasing WRAI services.
