Easy website to follow. Good competitive price for Moscow. Driver, Nicolas, spoke good English which was extremely helpful. He texted beforehand and was waiting both times we used the service. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

According the Russian low it is prohibited to transport children under 7 years without special child seats. Till the very last hours we tried to find for you a car with three child seats (including one for a 1 year old infant) among our drivers and partners, but at the end we failed and immediately informed you about it.

First time I used welcome taxi in St.Petersburg from airport to hotel, it worked quite good, but only thing that although it is said "English speaking driver", the driver didin't know English, we communicated with body language mostly

Slightly more expensive than the average taxi, Welcome Taxi is safe, reliable and a boon to English speaking visitors to Russia. The cars are clean and turn up where and when arranged. After a long flight, a driver holding your name on a screen is a welcome sight.

Unfortunately, the experience of servicing by this company turned out to be negative. Despite the placement of the order in advance, the driver called only half an hour after the agreed time. Reference phone number did not answer. As a result, the client was forced to use the services of another company.
