I'm a bit of a newbie and took a couple of sessions to understand that its best to have the wash bar towards the bottom of the fibres. I started off with the bar level with the tips but its best... See more

its amazing the only iteration I see in the design is to have one more level to press so th last few cm of soap can be used. it is very frustrating that you have to take it out before it is completely finished

A good idea but unfortunately I found the soap bars only lasted a couple of days and so was have to replace them at least twice a week. I purchased the "3 Month" option and will be lucky if they last me half that time. The refills are too expensive for this to be sustainable. Also the soap itself doesn't lather well and the fragrance is far too subtle.
Nice concept but terrible value for money

Had an issue with my applicator after some time and the issue was resolved quickly and a replacement on its way. Thanks BOB!

I have to say I am disappointed with the product I really wanted it to work but I can seem to get the soap to work very well. I keep having to take the spring side out to push the soap through more.
It feels like the soap round the edges stops it moving up with the spring.

The bars were great at first and lasted anywhere between 10–14 washes. However, since the formula changed to make them lather more, I’ve found they now only last around 6–7 washes on average, which doesn’t feel like the best value for money.
I do appreciate that they introduced the 4-scent subscription pack for around £24 for 3 months, but my set ran out with about a month and a half still to go, which was disappointing.

Average at best for me I’m afraid. Works well but the cost, it runs out so fast. Scents don’t last very long either.

Good product but the soap needs to be a bit more foamy.

Great idea and I thought I'd be all in. Almost ordered the biggest bundle available to get me going. Glad I didn't. I ordered the sample 2 bar starter. Feel like I'm getting clean, but not as much as I expected and not getting as much of a lather from the soap as I hoped. Certain areas were tough on my skin with both bars of soap. I've since reverted back to liquid shower gel and feel my skin is happier for it.
Great idea and product was okay, just not for me.

The concept is an amazing idea, but I personally don’t feel like I get enough soup.
I’ve been pushing the deep bar up, but due the design it goes back down to it designed position.
I feel like I’m washing myself with plastic and not soup.
I like the small of the soup and the idea of the system, I just personally think it needs a height adjustable system similar to Fussy.

Hubby uses it all the time. A great easy to use and highly portable wash soap. Love it

Ok, I’ve given it a go. I was desperate to like this product as I thought it had potential. However, I just can’t get on with it. First off the bat, the holster suction cups wouldn’t stick to the tiles. Unless they are glassy smooth, it won’t work. The main gripe however, is that the soap just doesn’t lather up enough. You have to work really hard to get any kind of lather and this can be quite uncomfortable. (I do live in a hard water area though). In doing so, you constantly need to click the applicator so more soap protrudes to the face, because as soon as it gets worn flush, it won’t work. As the refills are so small, it needs refilling after about 4 showers, especially as the last 1/4 inch won’t protrude enough to use it. You’ll need to take a few boxes with you if you go away and have them at arms reach. It’s a neat idea, but it just isn’t practical. I’m going to be cancelling my subscription I’m afraid.

The customer service I have received since taking out my subscription has been second to none. From replacing a lost applicator for no charge to answering any query I had. Then we get on to the Bob product itself, each scent smells fantastic and the applicator works better than u could expect. I will definitely be keeping my subscription going

I find it takes me longer to wash because it doesn't lather well. I've also found the cleansing power to be not as strong as cheaper body washes and each bar doesn't last long. However the applicator is nice and the body washes do smell nice.

Everything about bob is new and exciting there's loads of these soap companies out there now and I know I shopped around. And I can say with my hand on my heart your the first in bringing out not just the soap. But the actual machine or gadget for the soap and I love it. Because when you have finished showering. You can just put it into it's holder so it becomes nice and dry. And if you're going away or going to be staying out it's so easy and small to just pop it into your sports bag and off you pop with your bob.

My first order was missing half of the bars that I had ordered. No customer service, just an email that you never get a reply from.

The soap is fine but the dispenser is not good for me. No real lather when using it so I just use the soap in my hand

Soap quality isn’t what it used to be! Love the concept and convenience, but got to say the quality has deteriorated since moving to the new supplier! The bars lather up well but at the expense of value for money. The bars only last a good week when showering daily, so value has dropped significantly! Sorry Bobs, but it ain’t what it used to be….,,,
