Disappointing Experience with WeldBear: Poor Communication and No Returns
I cannot recommend WeldBear based on my experience.
I purchased a welder after being told my original order was unavailable. The company assured me the replacement was an upgraded equivalent, so I accepted it in good faith. After receiving the product, I realized it did not meet my expectations, and when I requested a return, I was informed that the order was not eligible for return.
What disappointed me most was not only the refusal to resolve the issue, but also the lack of communication. I sent multiple emails in an honest attempt to reach a fair solution, but I never received a response. Being ignored after a purchase is unacceptable and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
I'm sharing my experience so other buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing from WeldBear. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience.
