Brian was extremely helpful on the phone making sure we had the correct setup for a propane regulator and flashback arrester. Brian also oversaw the online ordering process and helped to speed up delivery as an item was on back order. Professional and knowledgable. Happy to recommend and will be back for sure.

Ordered some 1050A rod on the website for shipment to US. Next day I was told the supplier will not ship to US. Seems like the website could have indicated that. So I did not get what I was looking for but thankfully they let me know quickly and refunded my payment.

Ordered Nm cutting torch on 6th of April still not arrived . No courier tracking . Had to get another torch from another company . Job done now

We are incredibly disappointed that we have not achieved the very high standards we set for ourselves, with your order.
I have investigated your order and found the cutting torch was shipped on the day we received your order. The courier informs me they couldn't find the address and returned the torch to our supplier on the 15th April. Having double checked the address supplied, the torch was then resent.
We understand that the torch may no longer be required and we will of course accept a return and provide you a full refund. Please accept our apologies for the problem you experienced with delivery on this order.
