Not recommended at all

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

The products I received were clearly not in the condition advertised. Items were presented online as clean and new, but in reality they were old and showed visible signs of wear and rust. This creates a misleading impression for customers.

When I returned the product, my refund request was not handled properly. Despite informing them that my bank account details had changed, the refund was still sent to my old account. I was told this could not be corrected, which reflects a lack of flexibility and professionalism.

Additionally, I purchased a washing machine that was described as “new,” but after only one month of use, it started shaking excessively and moving across the kitchen during operation. This raises serious concerns about product quality and safety.

I have been in contact with customer service for over three months, trying to resolve what should be a straightforward issue. Unfortunately, the process has been slow, ineffective, and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The overall service, product quality, and after-sales support did not meet basic expectations.

SCANDAL!

This company is still in business?
Not only did they email me an email saying I had to pay extra for tolls, but they also shamelessly sent me a link that didn't mention any such fees.
It only says that all shipping is free! And there's no information about the additional fees anywhere!!!!!
When I canceled the purchase, they told me they'd refund my money within two weeks!!!!!!!!!!
They wanted my money back immediately, and I have to wait this long for my money????
SCANDAL!!!!
In my opinion, these are scams! They shouldn't even exist!

Great service and smooth exchange under warranty

had experience with this website two times. The first time I bought a dishwasher and everything went great. The second time I bought a refurbished washing machine, and after about 3 months it started having problems. I contacted them since it was still under warranty, and they handled it really well - they let me choose another model from the website and exchanged it smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience and I appreciate how they managed the situation.

I became the victim of the order before…

I became the victim of the order before 23.59 and get the product the next day scam. Ordered it at 22.00u Thursday and should be delivered on Friday. Nope first delivery date was Saturday between 09.45 and 12.15, that would fit, we had to leave for the birthday party at 14.00. Nope time changed to between 12.00 and 14.00. Let’s see what time it will come.

I bought a combo washer-dryer machine

I bought a combo washer-dryer machine, which was advertised as "new" on their website. However, when it arrived, it had too many scratches and signs of constant use. Definitely, it was a scam! On top of that, I contacted customer service to explain the situation, and they got back to me after 2 week. Yes, I am not kidding, 2 week and one email ignored. So, a terrible experience overall. In the end, they offered a discount of 20 euros, but to be honest, I am so disappointed with this company that I will not buy anything else from them in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM WELHOF!

We ordered a wash-dryer last May. It broke down in December. When I got in touch with Welhof they told me to get in contact with Samsung directly to arrange a repair. Samsung told me that they are not responsible for Welhof repairs so they asked me to contact Welhof again. To arrange a repair appointment took weeks, and once the appointment was made, they did not show up. After they finally picked up the machine, they did not have spare parts for the repair and offered me to replace it. None of the available machines on their website were comparable (most of them were much more expensive) and they refused to refund me. I eventually chose a cheaper machine (still waiting to get the money for the difference back). They never delivered the machine. Today was the 4th delivery attempt, which once again failed (I had to take several days off work to make sure I am home). Nobody got in touch with us to explain why. Last time, the delivery person left although we already let him into the hallway because we did not meet him immediately downstairs. He told a neighbour he was unable to deliver the machine because he couldn't find a parking spot. The other times they didn't show up - with no excuse). Customer service can only be reached via whatsapp and started ignoring me entirely (My husband had to write from another phone number to receive any response). We still don't have a wash-dryer, and they refuse so give us a refunded. We have a lawyer involved and are in the process of reporting the company to degeschillencommissie. This company is a scam, customer service is completely indifferent, their products are broken, and their delivery service does not function. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. If you have also been scammed, please feel free get in touch so we can take collective action.

Never buy from this seller!

Never buy from this seller!! I ordered a bike, and then i returned it back during the 14 days, i packed it and take it to the delivery company. Then Welhof received it and they said it's damaged and they took the money which I paid for the bike, they said they received it damaged !!!! And the box was damaged too, noting that no delivery company take a parcel without a good packing from the sender, so now my money is gone, they took them, i advise anyone not to buy anything at all from this seller not recommended at all !! You will lose your money even if you said i will check the item and return it back!!! Be sure that your money will disappear as happened with me !!!
Please be careful!!

Save Money by buying used washing machine with 1 year warranty and free delivery and installation

I used Welhof in Rotterdam, Netherlands to purchase a used washing machine with 1 year warranty. Delivery and installation was free. After 2 months, the machine stopped working and they replaced it with another washing machine. Again, delivery and installation was free. Also, I had the option to select a different machine. Amazing experience. Saved time and money. 👍

Broken washing machine

I bought a refurbished washing machine. Delivery went fast and they took my old machine as well.

But the new machine had technical difficulties from the get-go, it even leaked water! Their solution was to see if the leak came from one of the screws on the back and tighten it.

Machine is still broken and even stops mid cycle multiple times. Do not buy from this company!

Bought a so called "as new" laptop ... Not recommanded !

Bought a so called "as new" laptop, while received with scratches and sticky. Had to wait more than 2 weeks for the return label, and still difficult to have an intelligible conversation with the customer support. The only positive aspect I'm ready to put forward is the delivery itself which was quick and properly done. But doesn't compensate the con's.

Keep Far away from this Company

Keep Far away from this Company - I got a fridge - and was removed from the FIRE of the warehouse was full of black powder and was smelling Burned - I tried 5 Emails - a lot of times on what's up, Facebook - they just don't reply to any messages i was with a newborn baby in the house without Freeze as they took my old - and no replies even after 4 days Order a new one and the driver Came Immediately -- when you have a problem you are alone --so customer support is there only for SALES - Stay away from this company I had to move legally to get my money back - but still they don't respond -- I also went inside the drivers' car - and checked appliances - all are from FIRE out and they try to make money from the Burns I also saw that many bad reviews are removed also from here ... from yesterday
