This company are a disgrace, I advise to stay clear, I ordered a pressure spray gun, the tracking number was invalid, I sent numerous emails approximately 10, all were ignored, product not delivered. I have now gone to my Bank to try and get my money refunded.

Anyone know how to get hold of these people? I returned an order on the 25/03/24 and still haven’t received a refund. Getting so frustrated trying to get hold of them.

Purchase a mothers day card 6weeks before mothers day. Was told delivery within 2weeks. Arrived a week after mothers day! No refund issued

Regrettably, the Mother's Day card I ordered two weeks prior to the occasion did not arrive until two weeks after the designated date. This resulted in a ruined surprise and the necessity to purchase alternative cards. Despite the advertisement stating a delivery window of 3-5 days, the actual delivery time was four weeks. I would avoid them or at least to avoid similar inconveniences, I recommend placing orders at least a month in advance if timely delivery is crucial.

This was a terrible serivce. I ordered 2 of them 1 month prior to mother's day.

It didn't arrive, I messaged the company 10 days before mothers day. No response.

I then asked them again - no response.

Last postal day it could arrive I contacted PayPal and they contacted the company.

It arrived a week after mother's day

It is currently in dispute and awaiting the out come.

Keep clear at all cost!!

Horrible service, item came too late to use!

Extremely poor service. My son ordered a Mother’s Day card that should have arrived in good time. It didn’t! He has been contacting them for a refund. The card arrived on 30.3.24. This was 20 days late and when looking at the tracking details was not dispatched until 19th March, this was 10 days after Mother’s Day! 😡 Avoid this company as it seems this is not the first poor review

I have never received my order, they have taken the payment and when I email their customer service asking them where my goods are I never get a response. Yet they repeatedly send me emails asking me to leave a review or discounts to order more. Why would i ever order from this company again?

An absolute disgrace of a company.

I ordered 2 weeks before mother's day and it turned up the day after.
It also went off as soon as the tab was removed for power even though the card was closed meaning I had to break it before I could even send it.

No response from the company after making a direct complaint.

Avapid at all costs, they are nothing more than scam artists

DREADFUL. AVOID. Ordered mother's day cards 3 weeks ahead of time, and they arrived 2 days after mother's day. I have offered a number of opportunities to Welkinbird to resolve, but they have fallen on deaf ears. NO RESPONSE. Well apart from automated sales emails trying to get me to buy more from them. Shocking service.

I've had to rate 1 star for 1 reason only which was to write my review otherwise they wouldn't get any.
This company is very good at taking your money and not replying back to you when you have an issue......and trust me you will!!!!!.

You can guarantee an issue when companies use Evri the world's most unreliable courier service.

Answer my emails and refund in full.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience - Avoid Welkinbird!

If zero stars were an option, Welkinbird would be the undisputed champion. Promised delivery by Mother’s Day, my card arrived a laughable 3 weeks late, completely missing the point of the occasion. Despite their website boasting a 3-day delivery time, my experience was anything but prompt.

Attempting to communicate with their customer service was an exercise in futility. On the rare occasions they did respond, it was only to ask for more patience, completely ignoring my requests and concerns. Prior to the card’s shipment, I requested a cancellation and a refund, knowing it would not arrive on time. My request was blatantly ignored, and the card was sent regardless.

It’s become painfully clear that Welkinbird is likely nothing more than a drop-shipping facade, with no real concern for customer satisfaction or timely delivery. Their business practices are not only frustrating but border on fraudulent. They seem to operate under the guise of anonymity, avoiding any responsibility for their actions. Once they have your money, any semblance of customer service disappears, leaving you to grapple with the aftermath.

I implore anyone considering Welkinbird for their greeting card needs to think twice. Do not let them lure you in with promises they have no intention of keeping. It’s a painful lesson in the importance of choosing reputable companies, as I’m now left battling to secure a refund and burdened with the cost of returning a product I never wanted in the first place.

Please, for your own sake, steer clear of Welkinbird. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that will treat you and your occasions with the respect and professionalism you deserve.

Card came 10 days late, and it was a comedy card which was supposed to make a sound, card didn't make a sound.

It said guaranteed delivery before mothers day, it took 3 weeks to get to me, I paid over £20 for 1 card that looked really cool but in reality was THE BIGGEST let down and wate of money I've ever used.

Sent them an email but no response or even an acknowledgement of the email, AVOID at all costs.

Ordered Mother’s Day cards at some expenses £25 for 2 only to find that they weren’t even sent to me until After Mother’s Day. They don’t respond to email, and do not respond to any attempts to contact. Money lost, another victim of this drop shipping company said that apparently the website mentions it only guarantees delivery within 90days. For me it hat doesn’t mean they don’t have a commitment to delivering timesensitive items ON TIME!

Ordered a card for Mother’s Day. Turned up 2 weeks late and was tiny. Zero communication, disgusting company steer well clear

Card came a week after Mother's Day. Luckily her birthday was a week after so used the card for that and tippex the Mother's day text. No instructions with card, so I pulled the tab with the card closed and it wouldn't shut up. Left it to one side, my dog thought it was a toy and ripped it to pieces. Now I have no birthday card, confetti all over my livingroom and a card that won't shut up.
