I bought the foldable stool. It is much more flimsy than it appeared in their advertisement. I’ve twice emailed the company, but heard nothing. I would avoid at all costs.

Awful product! I bought a portable stool but when it arrived it was too small for a 3 year old, let alone 5"11' with arthritic knees! Complete waste of £29¡ I've asked for a refund but won't hold my breath...

What you are advertising online on Facebook is not what was delivered to me at all.
This is not right!!!!
There was no motorised part of the tool, just a flimsy pen-like thing!
This feels like deception and a rip off!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Also it took over 3 weeks to deliver the flimsy product to me!!!
I was charged £14.98 for a terrible product and now it’s been dropped to £7!!!
This is still rip off - not worth more than £2 at all!!!!!

I echo all the other dissatisfied customers. ZERO reply to the emails I have sent requesting an ETA for the product I purchased. It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve had no update whatsoever. SHITE!

Quick to take money and send product.
Completely ignored my requests to send an address.
I keep sending emails daily but they do not reply absolutely disgusted. Will I ever get my money back

They’re lucky I’m giving them one star and that’s onky because I can’t give zero. I ordered a card for Mother’s Day which was being advertised everywhere. I ordered it about two weeks before Mother’s Day and it arrived one week after. Total cost including delivery was £15. The card arrived and it was at least half the size of the one advertised. It was so small it couldn’t even fit the electronics and hidden glitter inside it. The card didn’t seal around the edges and was badly put together. It was a card that you had to remove a tab once written and closed that operated the sound. The tab was glued in place and when eventually removed the sound started even though the card was closed. Then began roughly 8 hours of the card making a noise even though it was supposed to be a surprise for the recipient. It was then too big for the envelope. I contacted the company about a refund and they would only refund it if I sent the item at a cost to myself all the way back to China. I’d already spent £15 so I wasn’t spending however much to send it back to pnly receive the original purchase price minus their delivery. They said if I didn’t send it back they would only give me a third of the original item price back which would have been £3.30. I advise against buying anything from this company as you’ll only be disappointed by the quality and the customer service is really poor.

Ordered a very expensive card for mother's day which turned out to be tiny and didn't work. Not to mention it was TWO WEEKS LATE! Avoid at all costs

Ordered 4 weeks ago for Mother’s Day and arrives today 01.04.25. Like all the other reviews, I slide the card flat out of the envelope and the tag comes out with no way of stopping it. Total scam and waste of money.

I received this card two days ago, and I’m incredibly disappointed. It’s tiny, and when pulling the tag out, it set the sound off - even though it was flat in the envelope!

For almost £15, I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed in your company. This is not worth £2, let alone £15!!

Don’t use it’s a scam of a website, still waiting on the Mother’s Day card i ordered. Which is in 2 days and now i have to go buy a card just wasted £15 on these cnts aswell

purchased jewellery from this company which I did not receive after three weeks. I alerted my bank who investigated and were given a tracking number for items shipped. I received the package a week later but instead of the item purchased, a notebook was enclosed.

I wouldn't even put 1 star if I didn't have to. A complete and utterly disgrace of a company. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I too have been scammed. Saw a golf cleaning cloth which looked great. Payment was taken straight away but 3 weeks now and no delivery. Customer care are not replying to my emails. Will try calling

Made a purchase before Christmas. No phone number to call. Customer service email never gets answered.
Item arrived late. Returned the item and NO refund was given!!! Despicable company.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a maths set that was advertised on TikTok on 11th November 2024 and still haven’t received anything. I then emailed their customer services on 18th December 2024 and have had no response. The tracking says ‘delivery failed’ on 10th December 2024 but I checked my ring doorbell footage as everyone was home, and no attempted delivery at all. £24 completely wasted, I am gutted.
