As you advance, the difficulty increases intentionally, and we provide detailed support to help you grow — but only if you ask for it in the recommended way and follow the instructions given by the mentors and coaches.
📌 In your case, records show that you did not follow our communication structure for getting help and did not attend your scheduled 1:1 sessions with your personal coach — which is a key part of the support system we offer. It's like going to the gym, skipping every workout, then blaming the gym for not getting fit.
📌 We offer support 7 days a week, and our feedback system is active daily. Claims that we “stopped helping” are simply not true — especially when support was never fully utilized.
