WellComfy Scammers

Order My Mother one on these Necklaces 1st December, as thought this would make the perfect gift as she's sadly lost her 89 year old mother to vascular dementia this year. However email Wellcomfy for an update but had a substandard reply but still guaranteed me Christmas Delivery. So waited a few more days and emailed a further two times but had no reply, also contacted the telephone number in the website to be greeted with a this Telephone Number is CANCELLED message.

I've contacted my bank who have raised this as a fraud issue and have refunded me my money back thankfully, but this also means I'm not stuck with No Debit Card/Cash over the Christmas Period and due to Covid 19 New Debit Cards are taking longer to be delivered.

So Thanks A Bunch WellComfy.com for all the inconvenience and Leaving My Mother without a Special Christmas Gift, let's hope Karma pays you a visit

Has anyone managed to get any money…

Has anyone managed to get any money back from this scam? Surely there is a way of reporting and tracking them, I have reached out to 1st formations as they are a company who set up online sites and their address is stated as the same as ‘Wellcomfys’ 🤷🏻‍♀️

“ Hello ,
Thanks for your email
We just took a look at your order and we found out that it is still in production as our production times are 7-10 days plus the shipping time which is 5-10 days so the delivery is still guaranteed a few days before Christmas.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us
Kindest regards,
Alex, ”

I'm gutted

I'm gutted. I fell for the scam product of a personalised necklace for my mum for xmas. I wanted to spoil her and get her something relating to my dad at xmas due to him passing away a few years ago and this year being yet another s**t year for us as a family.

Wellcomfy were happy to take my money, send generic replies to all emails and have their phone lines cancelled...

I wouldn't recommend these in the slightest!! Taken my money and nothing at all received!!

SCAM COMPANY

Pathetic excuse for a scam company setup in time to steal your Christmas money. I saw this scam company advertised via Snapchat who I will be reaching out to separately. Tried to research the company but it was brand new, no reviews except for their own fake one liners. Thought I’d give it a go now I’m writing this review so that you do not experience the disappointment I have endured. Forget their guarantees and insurance. Only thing that is guaranteed is they will take your money. There is no jewellery obtained in this transaction.

Their response on Friday 18th December.

The generic response as mentioned in other reviews. Have reached out to them again today but I don’t expect a good resolution.

Avoid wasting your money on this scam.

**update - disputed the transaction through visa and had the money refunded to me. Good luck all!

wellcomfy.com photo necklace

wellcomfy.com is a scam site! I've had exactly the same experience as the other reviews. Ordered on 29th of November and paid extra for tracking and insurance. Emailed asking for an update a couple of days ago and received an unprofessional, generic reply assuring me I would receive my order soon. I asked for the tracking information that I had paid for and haven't heard from them since. Don't waste your money!

*UPDATE*
Out of the blue the necklace has actually arrived, 2 weeks too late for the 'guaranteed Christmas delivery'. I paid extra for tracking and insurance, which I clearly didn't get but at least it has arrived.
The necklace is made of cheap material and the picture inside is not the best quality, there are several imperfections/marks on faces in the photo, but it wasn't that expensive so I wasn't expecting top quality. Would I recommend this company or use them again? Definitely not!

'Wellcomfy'... I THINK NOT !!

According to their website it was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas, money came out of my account on 1st of December and still not received the item I purchased.
Paid extra for tracking , never received tracking number , despite numerous emails only receiving a couple of generic replies , that didn't help or resolve the situation, you also have the option of tracking our gift using order number and email address.Yet it says there is no such order and to top it off ,the contact number says that the number you're trying to contact has been 'Cancelled' . This year my family and I have struggled and it was meant to be a gift for my wife , in hopes that it would bring some much need light to these dark time's we're having as of late . Now have to face the facts that my wife will be without her gift on Christmas day or anytime after , so thank you 'Wellcomfy.com' for this rather uncomfortable situation we now find ourselves in .
