Great customer service

Locked myself out of my account. Customer service was really helpful and talked me through the process until I was back into my account.

Investing a maturing Bond

I called for advice as 1) an investment is maturing in 2 days, 2) after 20 mins of scouring your website I didn’t have a hope in hell of reinvesting the maturing funds into a property bond.
Your member of staff was very good, really helpful so she would receive 5 stars. Regrettably my experience with your website brings this down to 3.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a heading “investing maturing funds” a click button and then, ask the customer to insert the account number of the maturing funds in one box, and the destination of the maturing funds in another, eg 1 yr, 2yr, property bond etc. Then annual interest, quarterly interest options. This way the customer will know in one communication the direction their funds will take. At the moment I know that a new property bond will be invested, but nothing about interest frequency. I expect Wellesley will notify me about this in due course when the bond is active. I hope u find this positive, that is intended.

Unfortunately I invested in a P2P

Unfortunately I invested in a P2P for a fixed term and twice they informed me that the investment would not pay back my capital. Even when the fixed term was up they stated that they hoped to recoup some of the value lost, but no correspondence has been received and no monies credited to my account. I would never invest again.

Had a problem with my account, the problem was discussed with the operative who answered the phone at head office, quickly and very professionally. I was delighted to resolve my problem.

Feedback

My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Jade and in a professional manner. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that initially I was placed on hold for rather too long and a call back was required. However once Jade called me the service received was 5 star

Forgot my password

Forgot my password! Rang customer service but as there was a queue they offered a call back which I received 5 minutes later. Talked me through what to do and 5 mins later I'm back in to my account. Customer service has always been spot on regardless of what I needed.
