Nervous investor.

Almost at the end of a five year investment and I have no complaints. Great service in all areas and extremely helpful staff. Thank you.

Excellent service as always from…

Excellent service as always from Wellesley staff. I have to say that in my experience, most of the customer service staff have been very charming young women. My modest investments
have made a very good return, I would have no hesitation in recommending Wellesley to all my friends, and indeed have already done this on many occasions,!
I will continue to invest with Wellesley.

Big Losses

After 5 positive years with Wellesley that prompted me to give a great review in mid-2020 it was a terrible shock to discover the reality via the CVA in September 2020. No warning, a cynical bolt out of the blue. Assuming payouts in line with the CVA I stand to lose around £24,000. The pandemic was blamed (even though other companies have battled through it), the FCA was blamed. But a well run operation would not have folded like this. Something does not sit right. I remain invested with several other P2P-type organisations because rock bottom interest rates offer no alternative but I am always wary after the Wellesley experience. I don’t know whether I can at least offset losses here against tax because the servicing team has declined to give any guidance whatsoever.
