The best thing about the site is the ease of use. Keeping my profile up to date and the companies that I have applied to is super simple. I also love the status updates on where my application is at.

Wellfound has provided access to the most qualified opportunities in the roles that I've been interested in. The quality of job posts are unmatched, even compared to many other job boards that charge a premium.

I like wellfound. I find it a great place to find jobs with companies I am more interested in working for and not over saturated like applying on Linkedin and sites like that.

Overall, they made the application process super easy. process can be incredibly challenging on some sites where you have to constantly fill in the same information over and over. I was very happy with the ease of which I was able to get my applications done. Very happy with it.

I liked the fact that there a lot of startups and numerous options to choose from. But it would help if we could get responses when we apply for positions.

I really love the UX/UI of this site, I also love that most of the companies I've applied to actually got back to me in a timely manner. I haven't found that to be the case on other job posting sites. I do wish that there was more Jr. Software Engineering roles available but that's a sign of the market not the platform.

I love Wellfound because there are alot of start up companies that are hiring interns. You have a better chance getting an interview here.

It gives you access to many different companies that would take a lot of time to find one by one elsewhere. I like this platform better than other job search platforms too, with better filters involved for more specific searches. This is for the people who want to be part of innovative companies, rather than old/dying companies.

I easily found and had an interview with one company on your platform, however, the second company that reached out to me, never followed up with my inquiries. I know that you have no control over this on your platform.
Also, I'm in Canada, so it'd be great to have more Canadian opportunities!

Search features are intuitive. Tags are helpful to quickly identify certain aspects of the positions listed. Seeing all this before clicking a position minimizes time waisted on positions not fitting for me
