Love it.…
I had experienced shooting pain in my shoulder for about 6 months when pressing over head, I was recommended this by a friend who had used it to good effect. Within 2 weeks of daily use the pain had gone when exercising.

Order arrived damaged and incomplete – retailer refused to resolve
I placed an order with Wellgard on 15th April 2026. The parcel arrived on 17th April visibly damaged and re-taped.
When I opened it, several paid items were missing, including:
• 3 × Cherryaid Sour Cherry Concentrate
• Beauty Gummies
I contacted the company and provided photographic evidence, but they refused to take responsibility. They stated their records show everything was dispatched and told me to contact UPS instead, then marked the case as “closed.”
I followed up by email and also called, but the issue was not resolved and communication was poor.
The only thing they agreed to send were free promotional items that were also missing from the order.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Excellent communication
Ordering from website was a bit difficult as I had to go through it a few tones to get the right complimentary gift in the basket.
I got my parcel on time and I was very happy about it. However I did not get my free gift. I messaged them and there was confusion on their side and after giving my order number they realised the mistake was on their side.
Wellgard apologised immediately and sent the free gift and another complimentary gift on top for the inconvenience. That was very kind of them. Their communication by email was excellent! Thank you.

Really impressed with Wellgard
Really impressed with Wellgard. I’ve been using the collagen and biotin and noticed a great difference in my hair and skin. The electrolytes are a game changer for hydration, and I’ve recently started the magnesium which I’m loving so far.
Products feel high quality and effective, and the service is quick and easy too. Definitely sticking with them!
