Flowers looked amazing I must say but the customer service myself and my auntie received from the two ladies working in the shop was appalling until they’d realised we had put money in there pocket !!

I ordered flowers for my father's funeral. Given that it was lock-down, I didn't have high expectations. However, the flowers were beautiful and surpassed my expectations. Each flower was perfect and at its best. My father loved yellow roses and Jacqui included a selection. The spray also had the most amazing smelling lilies. The flowers were just what my father would have chosen for himself - I am just sad he couldn't see them. Thanks so much Jacqui. It made such a difference on that sad day.

I dealt with Sean when ordering the flowers for our grandmothers funeral, he was so amazing in ensuring we were happy with our decision to use them and took time to ask us what a Joanie liked.

During this current crisis I was able to order a beautiful funeral spray giving full artistic license to the florists as to which flowers were used (availability issues), I asked for a tropical feel and they were also able to accommodate my request to fill out the card to go with the flowers. So, so thankful we were all so happy with the flowers, it made a tough day so much easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had 2 wreaths made for a funeral and the attention to detail was unreal . Also exceptional customer service . Highly recommended.

2 months ago my Grandad passed away. I went to Well Hall florist and asked for the word "HERO" as a flower arrangement in white and navy as my grandfather served in the navy during WW2, for his funeral on the 27th August. They done my family and I proud, but most importantly my grandad proud and were so considerate towards us. Thank you.

At 10.00 am this morning I rang Julie at Well Hall florists, Eltham. She was very friendly and helpful with my selection. Before 11.00am, my daughter who lives about a mile from the shop received the most beautiful bouquet - “best bouquet she ever received” is what she texted me. Cannot fault this shop - second time used, and can highly recommend them - thank you, Julie and Jackie! Will return soon!
