Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They trick you into adding cheap products at checkout and add useless warranty. Totally overpriced! . Heaters are cheap rubbish from China, which are useless. I wanted a refund after ordering, but they said i couldn’t return it until after i received it. It took nearly two
months to be delivered. They kept saying the order had been shipped. When I received it, it was too hard to return it. I wish i had checked Trudt Pilot before I placed the order.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER - COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION

Avoid this company like the plague! They use deceptive pop-up ads that trick you into making unauthorised purchases without proper consent. When I realised what had happened, I immediately reported the issue and refused to accept delivery of the so-called "order" they claimed I'd made.

Their so-called "customer service" is a total joke - it's obviously all AI with no real human support. They kept lying to me, saying I had to accept delivery before I could process a return, which is 100% false! I stood my ground and refused delivery anyway.

Thankfully, PayPal stepped in, put the funds on hold during their investigation, and has now fully refunded my money via reverse purchase. But dealing with this scamming company was an absolute nightmare that took up way too much of my time and caused unnecessary stress.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY THROUGH SHADY TACTICS

Keep way, more con artists.

Awful. Totally agree with review by Shane. Same old rubbish. Return policy too limited so failed to get refund. Heater useless unless you want it for a Sylvanian toy room.

It would seem their website is rigged so as to not allow negative reviews!

Same old con

This is the same piece of Chinese tat that's been around for years under a plethora of names, including lumiheat, equi-warm, luxiheat, heatwell, etc. You can find the same thing on Ali-express or Temu for under £5.

They provide various fairytale back stories, about it being invented in Sweden, Australia, or the brainchild of Oxford graduates, but the reality is a very simple, bog standard fan heater, blowing air over hot wire elements as has been done for many decades by better made offerings than this.

They do produce a little bit of heat, but don't expect to rapidly heat large rooms for small money, because you'll be disappointed.
