Horrible company

Horrible company, they take your money, the items never arrive despite them actually sending you a tracking number which is completely fabricated... eventually they agree to a refund.... that never arrives either! Watch this space.....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Refund received

Refund received. Since writing my Last review of non goods and payment, I contacted the CEO Jordi Marron via LinkedIn, as suggested by a previous review. he replied within 4 minutes provided order number and received my refund following day. My suggestion to all is find him on LinkedIn.

I would of given zero stars if…

I would of given zero stars if possible.
Like everybody else who has left a review, I have experienced exact same , ordered desk back in July , no item received,same email responses , then saying refund being processed before I even asked for it. No refund received... No phone number ... I was determined to to get my money back and saw someone on here recommend messaging the founder of nodes ecom group..as they are who appeared on my bank ... And he immediately refunded me .

How to get a refund

I did exactly what Tom Stott wrote earlier in the comments and got a full refund in three working days.

Find CEO ‘Jordi Marrón’ on LinkedIn and message him. He replied within the hour to me.

After I spoke to him I got an email from wellindal and my refund was issued the same day.

Scam artists!!

Scam artists!!! Same as everyone else. Say theyll deliver the desk, then they do not and still chasing for my money. No emails etc and just constantly chasing.

Email directors

I was stupid enough to purchase table from this company and I had been sending emails and got ignored
I then went onto companies house and got details of directors etc
I emailed to inform them I would be sending emails DAILY to directors and to my amazement got full refund into my bank within 2 hrs

Fraudulent Company

I wish I'd checked on here before spending £233 to this Company on the 30th July, then to find out for a full 8 days afterwards someone was using my bank details to order themselves Uber eats and trips to the tune of £130+I too have experienced the not so forward in customer care nor received any goods! I want to know how many people have also experienced this?

THIS IS A SCAM SITE!

THIS IS A SCAM SITE! I ordered a dining table that was due for delivery on 25th June and its now 23rd August.
I contacted them a month ago to be told there was a delay (no new estimated arrival time)
I am STILL waiting for the table to arrive and now cant get hold of anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company! Absolute scam! I ordered desk and chair for my daughter homeschooling but nothing arrived 🤬. The status of the order still "processing" for a month now. I asked for a refund but no reply. Totally horrible!

No email confirmation, no goods - ripped off

Ordered goods over £200, never got an email confirmation. Tried to contact them three times through their site, got automatic response in Spanish. No goods turned up - going to try and claim monies back on credit card - Assume this is fraudulent site - do not order anything

FRAUDSTERS, please AVOID buying

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered a sideboard back in March not yet delivered. I sent many emails and all reply are in different language. Order status on their website still indicates "processing". This is a FRAUD company please AVOID.

Absolute rip off!

Ive given 1 star as I had to put something to get into reviews but it is a big fat zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Its in Barcelona but website looks English. Ordered 1 item mid-March (b4 lockdown). Item arrived 2 months later - box damaged in 3 places so I could also see item was damaged. Driver immediately took it back. Been trying to get a full refund ever since. Emails been either ignored or they send same one - even in Spanish. A language I do not speak. Im a pensioner & can ill afford to lose nearly £100. This company should be investigated.

Same story as everyone else.

No product delivered. Refund issued without request. No refund received to date. over 3 months since placing the order.

Just don't use them. Awful company

Just discussed with my bank, and they are looking to reverse the transaction and informed me this is usually successful (with varying timescales). I recommend everyone to do this if they have not already.

I wish I have checked TrustPilot

I wish I have checked TrustPilot before ordering from Wellindal. I ordered a desk and chair for my daughter back in April. It was supposed to be delivered in May but never arrived. Heard nothing. So I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I have been promised a refund twice, but nothing. They're now not answering my emails. No phone number to call. STAY AWAY !

No bookcase. No refund.

Bought a bookcase. It was never delivered. Contacted them to ask for a refund as no goods arrived, they replied saying they would refund me but never did. After weeks of emailing their contact centre I am proceeding to try to recoup the funds from the bank in the process of consumer rights. Avoid Wellindal.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed, still waiting for my office chair.
Sent number of emails but nobody came back to me. My chair was meant to be delivered a week ago (ordered 17th of July) but haven't even received a dispatch confirmation yet. At this point I only want my money back, so far nobody came back to me on this one either.

I am still waiting for a refund from this dreadful company. Nobody gets in touch with you and you cannot get hold of them. I have a severely damaged wardrobe with no fixtures or fittings in my house and am out of pocket. Very unprofessional . I advise no one purchase from this company.

HOW TO GET A REFUND 💸

Howdy everyone. I had the worst experience BUT managed to get a refund, here's how:

I found the founder on LinkedIn - If you use it then connect to him and message him: Search "Jordi Marrón"

I have no idea if he knows how bad it is so maybe bite your tongue until you've got your money back!

After I spoke to him I got an email from here:

providers AT wellindal.com - Was in CC
I spoke to "Fiorella Bonanni"

I really hope this helps people, the company shouldn't be operating as it is. Feel free to share wherever you see people upset about the lack of communication.
