Refund policy against the EU ecommerce law

Dear EU customers, PLEASE be aware, if you buy something at Wellington Jeans you will not get the *delivery* shipping costs refunded, which is against the EU consumer law! One example: you pay 120€ for a pair of jeans + 15€ *delivery* shipping costs. If you return the jeans you have to pay the *return* shipping costs yourself e.g. 20€. Total paid: 120+15+20=155€. Wellington Jeans will refund you ONLY 120€. That is against the EU ecommerce law --> I DO NOT recommend Wellington Jeans
