I am really pleased with my purchase.

Order a marvel Hulk Titan series. Prompt service and delivery which was great. However, the product is clearly not genuine as the titan series have backs with a rectangle with teeth that allow attachment of accessories universally. This item had an empty square meaning the accessories do not fit at all. When raised with the team (which again was very easyy. Another positive.) They offered a return. However, when explaining concerns regarding authenticity... i was closed down with we have invoices for product and they come in manufacture boxes. I explained alot of counterfiets do and also the box depicits how the back should have teeth to fit the accessories. This was repeatedly ignored. So overall great customer service... but i suspect not genuine products which is unfortuante as it was the main reason i avoided amazon in this case.

Please kindly check your transcript, because at no point were the invoices or purchase history of the product on your part offered to me to see. Rather "Hello, All our products are genuine, and we have invoices to confirm this. We only sell genuine products. If you wish to return your order, we can provide a free returns label." As stated i could nto fault the customer service, but to state i did not wish to see them is an utter lie as if you review your transcripts, there is no offer of this to me. So kindly do not offer slanderous claims stating i refused to see the documents.

Very poor packaging. I purchased a sonic foosball table, and it arrived wrapped with a thin layer of bubble wrap in a bag, this didn't protect the box. I bought this as a gift and because it was very poorly packaged, the box is very dented. Really disappointed. I hope the bits inside aren't broken!

I ordered the Star Trek Borg advent calendar (and trust me it is really impressive and well worth the price!), a Cable Guy Boba Fett controller (damaged outer box packaging discount price) and a GhostBusters StayPuff plush toy.
I can vouch that Cable Guy holders are top quality and A) they are UK company and B) they are licensed products. I have lots of Cable Guy products and recommend them. As mentioned this product was discounted as the out packaging was damaged but the product itself was perfect so for a discount price it was a bargain.
Unfortunately there was a mix up at the warehouse with the Stay Puff plush toy as I received a different design and not what I ordered. You can always measure how good a company is by how their customer services manages these issues and Wellmadegifts were quick to investigate, acknowledge their mistake and resolve it (refund of purchased item) all within their online chat service.
The website is clean, clutter free and easy to navigate and process through to checkout ordering.
Great company and now on my shopping list for future purchases. Well done guys (0_-)

I placed the incorrect postcode when ordering, therefore the delivery company was unable to deliver my parcel.
I contacted Anne and she was able to rectify my address mistake within 30 minutes of contact and dispatched the item again.

I ordered two giant dog soft toys and while i was initially really impressed a day after gifting them, one of the dogs stitching completely came undone and the stuffing started to come out.
Now while the company offered to replace it once I had returned it (free of charge) this is not ideal when you gift something to have poor quality.
Disappointing all round.

I am very happy with the customer service and product. I bought a 40cm tiger and he is beautiful. I had a query about postage costs (postage is £2.95 on Amazon and free on their website and ebay, as of this review). In the future, I'll order directly from them as they are reliable and I'm pleased with my order

UPDATE: Since posting the company contacted me to apologise as they did not appear to have received my emails although sent to the correct address. Not sure why. However Anne and Charlotte have been helpful in addressing my concern promptly and have issued a refund for the item. Perhaps an issue with their email system that requires address if the business is to work efficiently but I can’t fault the customer service since I originally posted a negative review on here.

Awful customer service. Placed an order in error (my child did so accidentally) and emailed within 4 minutes to request cancellation. Email ignored. Subsequently received shipping notification, emailed again to request cancellation, ignored. No comms to date from this awful company company. AVOID

Placed an order at 1pm Thursday, my order was dispatched the same day and delivered by Saturday. Packed well and couldn’t find my item cheaper anywhere else, excellent customer service, thank you.

Fantastic service, ordered on Thursday, arrived on Monday via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Kept informed (although only short period!) from ordering to being delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Keep up the good work!

I hadn’t heard of this company before but followed a link from a puzzle brands website on their list of stockists. Well stuffed toys had the best price and free delivery - plus good reviews on here so I placed my order! I ordered at about 7.30pm on Tuesday and at 9am had notification my order had been shipped. It arrived today (Thursday) well packaged to avoid any damage to the box. I’d also received a lovely email from Michael thanking me for my order and saying to get in touch if any questions/any help needed. I will definitely use this site again and recommend to others.

I can't recommend shopping here enough! My order arrived so quickly (delivery was free which was even better), the quality is amazing, and the customer service cannot be faulted. Really cannot sing their praises high enough. Would absolutely shop here in the future.
