Great service, Matthew from Wellness was very helpful and made the whole process easy. Tub came on time and the two lads who fitted it were brilliant. Can’t fault the service. There was a slight broken slat on the outside of tub but a replacement arrived soon after. Thank you

I have one of the platinum spas hot tubs. When I purchased it 3 years ago the model was called Aqua , now it’s called Opal.
It punches above its weight and absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. You indeed have to to a high standard of maintenance, but it’s easy. I would recommend this model great value.

We bought our Bari hot tub from Miami Spas (Superiorwellness) in June 22 and from the start there were issues with it - wiring loose, jets blowing out and finally one shearing in the tub meaning we had to drain, fill and heat the tub three times during repairs and have 3 weeks waiting for a replacement jets so were unable to use it. We patiently waited for all issues to be resolved and was offered “compensation” of a free service. We didn’t need a service for a while and we were looking after things well anyway, so we discussed getting an air source heat pump fitted at a reduced cost. Price was agreed and pump finally arrived on a slow boat from China in Feb 23!
Numerous discussions were held around how the pump could be fitted, how loud it would run at on small patio close to neighbours etc. and as it would be sited under our bedroom window. Advised pump would operate circa 47dB so relatively quiet 🤫 Also told pump could be fitted directly into the control panel side with minimal pipe work which is what we wanted.
Fitting day came 13th of April which was discussed again with the fitters who had not been primed prior to coming to the property- recipe for disaster…. I was working from home and couldn’t supervise the fit which was completed contrary to all previous discussions and agreement! Pipe work all along the back of the tub which we found leaked and the pump operated at 63dB!! OMG! The neighbours came round to complain and we turned everything off at 1am on the 14th of April. It’s not been on since.
Battle commenced and now they are to remove everything next week and refund which is fair enough but after days of wrangling.
So….what’s happened to our compensation??? Nothing is to be offered…to be honest we just want them to go away and have nothing further to do with this awful company.
Buy at your peril….from a company that prides themselves on putting the customer first and first class customer service! We wish we’d never got a tub now and the joy from the purchase quickly disappeared. Not good when you’re talking several thousand pounds to buy which we fully paid before they delivered it.

I highly recommend Miami Spas for the following reasons: The hot tub is just what I wanted, at a fantastic price and the service from order to delivery was fast, high quality and friendly. Miami Spas also went the extra mile in helping me move an old spa before installing the new one.

Superb customer service.
Couldn’t work out how to empty the hot tub (didn’t pull the nozzle out 🙄). Within 5 minutes of messaging via Facebook we had a video of a empty hot tub being emptied sent and details of how from Cameron. All sorted within a matter of minutes and the tubs now emptying. Fantastic service

Enquired about a new hot tub lid due to mine being damaged and worn out. Dealt with Jordan throughout and he was on hand to help and advise from start to finish. He kept me informed on my order from placing the order, right up until the day of delivery. Paid over the phone and it was quick and easy. He also helped me with some technical queries regarding the amount of chemicals for the hot tub.
Can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be returning in confidence.

After waiting for many years for a hot tube and window shopping in that time and Miami Spas was my best choice as I was recommended and not disappointed at all staff friendly and helpful & delivery drivers.

I wanted to add to my review from July 2021. We had a couple of technical issues, that quite frankly were very awkward. They weren't Miami Spa's fault, or responsibility really, but Tim Scott (and no, he's not a relation!!) from Miami Spa's went out of his way and made sure that the problem was fixed and most impressively, made sure that his customer was looked after. 100% top marks yet again!! Great company!!!

Well, what can we say!! We have had a 5* service from Miami Spa's. Travelled over an hour to take a look at the new showroom in Chesterfield. Jamie had a wealth of knowledge about the products he was selling. Could answer all our questions.
Ordered our hot tub the following day and it was delivered the same day. They made sure they arrived the same time as the hiab, to lift it over a wall. Even when we had a problem with the hot tub 5 days later, an engineer was sent out the same day (on a bank holiday). Cannot fault the service we have had. Would definitely recommend Miami Spa's. We purchased our first hot tub in November 2020 from Miami spas but we sold our house in December 2021 and included it in the sale. We knew we would repurchase so we contacted Cameron at Miami Spas and a week later our new hot tub was delivered. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service - 10/10 no hesitations in recommending Miami Spas to anyone ❤️

We have been really impressed with the friendly, professional customer service. From purchase online throughout to delivery of our new hot tub yesterday we have been kept well informed with realistic time frames. We purchased a competitively priced quality hot tub. The process of ordering has been really straighforward and everyone has been really helpful. However, the delivery team (Lee and Kev) have been absolutely outstanding - they are genuinley lovely guys and couldn't be more helpful on the day.

They had their work cut out as the hottub itself had a few issues - I.e the electrical gear was not actuallt fastened to the tub where it should have been - But Lee managed to sort it.

A quarter of the jets simply don't work and Lee spent ages trying to sort it out but couldn't so he assured me that he will raise it with the office and they will have an engineer out asap.

Again, a minor but I wasn't given any form of manual etc but Lee/ Kev said that they would sort that with the office for me.

If they wasn't so helpful and friendly, I probably would have had a right moan up - but hey, the company have been professional throughout so I am sure they will resolve asap.

Just had delivery of my Hot tub and can’t recommend Miami spa enough. Jordan has been amazing and has provided guidance and advice from the first day of contact even replying to my messages when he wasn’t in work definitely an asset to the company. The delivery guys went above and beyond on installation even in this extreme heat nothing was to much trouble so I take my hat off to them. Thankyou again Miami Spa am looking forward to endless fun and relaxation in my new Hot Tub 🤩 x

I want to congratulate Miami Spas, on your team and give a very well deserved reference on Cameron Newlove and the delivery team. Cameron has been excellent throughout this whole process. I haven’t got a clue about hot tubs, so was asking what I would consider stupid and annoying questions, but Cameron was very supportive and informative. This to the point of sending me photos and ideas etc, even after I had bought the hot tub, so the deal had been done, but Cameron made 100% sure that my customer experience was very smooth. You should be very proud to have him on your team, he’s made Superior Wellness look like a brilliant company. Huge respect.

In addition to this, Matt and Paul that have just delivered and fitted the hot tub were brilliant. They took down a front gate/fence panel, then 2 other fence panels to get the hot tub in. They didn’t just turn up and say, no sorry, that’s not going to work. It was difficult, but they thought about it and made it work. Top marks to them, they went over and above. Again, they have made Superior Wellness look like the company you obviously are! Totally reliable and customer focused.

Really impressed with this company the customer service is excellent, nothing too much trouble. From enquiring, to purchase and after sales, Jordan and his team have been great. The hot tub The Torina has also been great and we can’t get enough of it. Would certainly recommend this company.

We have one of their happy model of hot tubs, has excellent balboa controls we purchased it five years ago and it has been faultless. I fantastic purchase

Ordered trident upgrade and wow excellent tub. The fitters were polite and managed to get tub into garden through a very tight space but they never gave up and eventually got it through. The company have been fantastic from start to finish.giving us 1st time hot tub owners lots of help and advice . I would definitely recommend and would use again

Purchased bath Florence 170cm received used without the correct parts. There was a manufactured fault with the glass under the bath which kept leaking l. My bathroom was flooded 2 times
2 times which meant I had to remove and replace with a new one causing loads of stress and money.
Customer service said they can send me some parts what I don’t need. The issue is that the glass is broken and leaking. They won’t replace so I lost cost of bath / fitting bath/2 time’s fixing and material /2 times flooded bathroom and they don’t give a s..
Bad company robbing customers.
Would advise never order from this fake website.
