I did a one time purchase of remineralising gum because shipping from the states is too expensive. Month goes by and no package but another transaction comes out of my account. By creating a profile with them and doing a purchase, it automatically signs you up for a subscription of the purchase you made without your knowledge. I emailed about the two withdrawals from my account without having the original item I purchased. I kept getting emails about looking into the situation, yada-yada. When I told them to refund my money they gave me bogus options that wasn't a refund. I threatened them with a dispute from my bank, I did exactly that and got my money back.

If I had an option, I wouldn’t even give this company a one star review. I bought a buy one get one free pack of gum back in March and they just tried to rebuild me again for the pack of gum so I wanna say that this company is a scam. If you buy something from them, make sure you change your card number afterwards or they will keep charging you.

I have just recently been scammed by this company too. Brought some tablets in April and never received anything, forgot about it and another payment came out in May. Went on their website to only find out my card details were saved and they put me on subscription. I’ve deleted my card information of their website and now I’m gonna try get my money back through my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Subscribed me to a recurrent order without my consent and never received a single product

Absolute scam. No updates to shipping info. They send you all over the place for tracking. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from them, no replies from emails I sent. Package was never sent it’s been over a month

Placed an order April 17th it is now may 9th it's been a damn month and no replies form customer service or the refund, the tracking is also fake af not to mention the only setting is to sign out, I have informed a few websites which are currently building a case against these guys

Its been a month since I bought their products, have not received any tracking information and their listed phone number and email address are not in service. 100% a scam do not buy from them!!!

It has almost been a month, I haven't received my product. There's no tracking (it's fake and not working). No one is replying from the customer service team. This is just a front to steal your money. PLEASE REPORT THEM. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN.

I sent several emails to their customer service with no replies. The tracking information never updated. They enroll you in a subscription without asking first. It is possible to cancel but it's not obvious, you have to go through a separate email to get into the portal.
I've submit a dispute to my bank for a refund for fingers crossed

Please can someone explain how these companies don’t get shut down!

Took my money(even subscribed without me realising) no product!!!!!

THIS IS 100% A SCAM.

They are selling products disguised as other popular products and every purchase puts you into a subscription this is impossible to cancel. Their phone number is invalid and they do not respond to either emails listed on their site.

Its been almost a month and the no sign of the product and tracking number is not working. Was un aware that this was a Chinese product also. Complete scam stay away

Ordered supplements but nothing came. Fortunately my bank can reimburse, but no reply from them even after emailing them. Dont bother buying from here. You will waste your money.

Complete scam, they never reply to emails and no tracking info. My package hasn't arrived and probably won't. It's been 3 weeks. The business is registered in America but product somehow is from China.

I waited 3 weeks for the order to arrive with no help from them to get to the bottom of why it was more than a week late and then I found out the main 2 ingredients it advertised aren’t even in the supplement at all which seems illegal to me

Scam. Never received my order it's been 2 months. I wouldn't have bought if I knew it was from China. I gotta start checking anything I buy to make sure it's not from China

Wish I could give ZERO stars. As with everyone else I seem to have been scammed. A month has passed since my order and nothing. No shipping details, no tracking information and I’ve reached out to both available customers support emails several times and have heard nothing back. I would like my money back and to report this fake business as a scam.
