Lower back pain sorted!
I have recently been struggling with severe lower back pain so I booked in the see Andy to see if massage would ease some of the pain. After a quick discussion about the problems I was experiencing, Andy was able to focus the massage around the issue and I came away instantly feeling so much better. A great experience

BIRTHDAY PRESENT EXPERIENCE
For the first time in a while I received a massage that was professional and well intentioned. I woke up the following morning with previous aches and pains somewhat removed, first time in ages. The masseur had a very good disposition and conversational. All round a very enjoyable experience.

I've been twice now and my back was in bits when I first visited.
2 sessions later and the issues have eased so much.
Very good listener and attendance to the needs of the patient.
I'll be using for maintenance to my ageing body more frequently.

Back pains no more!
I booked in for a deep tissue massage today with Andy after suffering from lower back pain at work and thank God, i made the right decision! Andy was very professional and friendly. He talked me through the process so I know what to expect and explained everything to me. The whole time, Andy was very concerned that I am comfortable and made necessary adjustments on the pressure. I’m so relieved and believe me or not, my back pain went away right after my massage. The best deep tissue massage experience it was indeed! Plus the massage studio was very private, cosy and relaxing place to be in. I definitely highly recommend Wellness Massage Lexden for anyone experiencing the same aches and pains I have had or even just for relaxation! Thank you Andy!

Andy is completely professional, thorough, and overall a lovely guy with a lot of knowledge about the body
This is the second massage I have had with Andy.
I had one 2 weeks earlier as my back and legs were very knotty and tight due to too much computer work and general day to day usage.
He immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and advised me on the best massage type for my body and condition. I'm 60!
The great thing about Andy is he knows his subject and you can turn the pressure up or down, depending on how you feel. Some masseuse only have one dial which isn't always good if you want a deeper massage in certain areas. I felt lighter and more flexible afterwards and noticed the difference the following day. Andy will now be my regular go to!
Thank you Andy for a pleasurable, effective massage.

From start to finish Andy was friendly, considerate and professional.
After taking a medical history he explained clearly how Lymphatic Drainage worked and what would happen throughout my appointment.
Lovely comfortable massage bed , great ambiance with dimmed lights and background music made it a really relaxing experience.
Afterwards I could immediately feel a difference and felt more comfortable than when I arrived .
Given clear advice following my session and I look forward to booking again .
