I found out that this company stole…

I found out that this company stole money from my paypal account, although I had never ordered any product. After several (more than 8) email exchanges, it was obvious that this Jamie from Wellness Nest was contradicting itself email after email. This company is a fraud, and should be banned from FB market place.
I kept all the emails yo support the scam I just divulged

Following your official response to my review, here is the copy of my email to yours:

Hello Shirley,
First thank you for your cordial email. A shocking but welcomed contrast with the lies and rhetoric from Jamie.

If you would have read the saga from A to Z, you would have seen in my written comments that paypal informed me that someone in Sacramento -CA- had pirated my paypal account, hence paypal requested that I changed my password ASAP, which I did. I wrote this clearly.

Therefore, I never ordered your products and never received anything until 1 envelope containing 3 jars under the name of Micheal Sandel but at my address. This last part is extremely odd!
I offered to return these jars and the one envelope but the most disgracious Jamie refused.
I have no use for these jars and they go to the trash or back to you.. ...This is that simple!

I understand that you think that you are doing me a favor by reimbursing some of the funds taken by your Company from my paypal account. However, you must understand that I have never ordered your product.
It is either:
a blatant fraud from someone in Sacramento CA
a blatant fraud from your company supported by several lies from Jamie
an AI issue
a mix up in your company with this Michael person, as it is strange that by chance 3 jars were in a single package were sent to my address under his name.

I do not know which is which and hope that it is not number 2.

Yet, I need to be fully reimbursed for items that I never, never ordered and again I have no problem to mail you back the package with its 3 jars untouched that were meant for Michael Sandel.
Please understand that I have no reason to pay for anything that is not mine.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my experience with the Shilajit Shockwave was not positive. After using it, I noticed a significant increase in my blood pressure, which was very concerning. However, I want to mention that the Himalaya Shilajit I used before worked very well for me and gave me a much better overall experience. This product simply didn’t suit my body.

Wellness Nest Himalayan Shilajit is awesome

Wellness Nest Himalayan Shilajit is a vital part of my morning coffee. I love the nutrients and energy it gives me. I kept the wood stick vs brass spoon because I hate the smell of brass. Been using for two years and they offer good deals! I love this product and brand.

I would give zero points if this would be possible!!!

Terrible customer experience, misleading discount links, and undue pressure ...

I normally do not leave negative reviews unless a company’s behavior is truly unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience with Wellness Nest has crossed that line.

I have never experienced such a frustrating and unprofessional process with any online retailer.

For over a week, I dealt with:

– Items stuck in my cart (including a book that could not be removed)

– Inconsistent and misleading communication from the customer support team

– Unusable discount links and codes that simply redirect to the website without applying any reduction

– Pressure to leave a 5-star review in exchange for any resolution

– Repeated excuses and workarounds instead of a real, functional solution

– A non-functioning checkout

After a full week of issues, Wellness Nest offered a 50% discount code as compensation.
The link did not work, and they claimed it could not be combined with the BOGO promotion — which is false, as WELLBEING20 works alongside BOGO, proving that a 25% or 50% discount code is technically possible.

This excuse was used repeatedly instead of providing a proper solution.

All links and codes provided — including the so-called 50% “Trust Pilot Review 50%” link — are unusable.

Customer support, including Adela personally, repeatedly attempted to redirect me to non-working links, offered manual order creation as a workaround, and applied undue pressure to provide a 5-star review.

It is clear they were aware from the start that I wanted a proper BOGO DEAL Black Friday order, yet nothing was done to accommodate this.

The continued misrepresentation of public codes as “personal” and insistence on links instead of real, usable codes is unacceptable.

This review is factual, uncompromising, and fully transparent. It details every technical failure, misleading claim, and inappropriate attempt to extract a positive review.

The lack of accountability and functional solutions from Wellness Nest, including Adela’s personal involvement, is shocking for a company that presents itself as a premium wellness provider.

I cannot recommend Wellness Nest based on this experience at all.

Reordering Shilajit

I reached Jamie this time when contacting customer service. I tend to get a little confused when right after I order they send me an offer for discounts next time. I tend to lose these emails, as usual I reply to a message from Wellness nest and the response is always Swift and polite. Guidance is offered in the placement of my next order, as well as offering to place the order with me step by step. It would be neat if special offers to try other products would be offered to regular customers like myself. (I do see the offers after my order is paid for) I finally ordered the gold Shilajit lol and I'm eager to experience the results to see if they are any different from the original. I am limited by budget but very curious about a couple other products you offer. Thanks for all your help. I'm eagerly watching the mail for my next order.

Auto order issue resolved

I had an issue with my auto order which Adela resolved immediately. I did not want to cancel altogether as I am loving my Radiancy supplements and have not problem with the quality of the product -- I have just accumulated too much of it.

Menomate with turmeric

Menomate with turmeric, collagen, i think my joints need.
I feel a little better, but I think i already had a small fracture the doctor found. I believe it healed, can walk but still pain. I think it's a me issue as an individual. Results vary
