Wrong order quickly corrected
I decided to order the gummy‘s especially for a vacation. Unfortunately they were out of stock in the U.S. When the order did arrive, it was 2 little jars not 2 pkgs Gummy’s. Right away I emailed customer service. Charles handled my order quickly by re-ordering the 2 pkgs of Gummy’s. They also gave me the two jars as compensation for my trouble. Wellness Nest customer service is excellent. They are polite, efficient & follow up to make sure any issue is corrected to your satisfaction.

I work in front of a computer all the day and it has been a while i started feeling not well dizziness,fatigue and it is difficult for me to concentrate. Honestly after taking the essential extract Shilajit, all those symptoms disappeared and i am feeling very well with a boost in energy just keep in mind to respect the dosage, twice per day is more than enough !

As a survivor of the Lahaina fire, my body was crippled from depression and sadness. But when I began using your product, I noticed immediately how much energy, how peaceful and positive my mind was becoming. Bad service, bad product, and misleading refund policy. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money.
This company is fraudulent. They do not keep their commitments, and their products are far below average. They claim to sell Shilajit, but what they sent me tasted exactly like raw honey.
I have been a regular user of genuine Shilajit for years, so I can easily recognise the difference. I ordered two jars from them, and on the very first day, I realised their product was fake. Their website claims a “money-back guarantee if you don’t like it,” but when I reported the issue, they refused a refund because the jar was opened. How can you test a product without opening it?
They only refunded 40% of the unopened jar and promised to send me a “Gold Resin” jar in exchange for both – which never arrived, even after waiting over 6 weeks.

First, regarding the taste of our Shilajit: our product is naturally sweetened with honey, making it easy to mix with beverages like tea, coffee, or smoothies. To give you more options, we’ve also included an additional jar of Shilajit Gold, which is less sweet and richer in minerals — we hope you’ll enjoy it.
We understand your concern about testing the product. For safety reasons, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for opened jars, as Shilajit is a dietary supplement and must remain sealed to ensure quality and safety.
For the unopened jar, we have already processed a 50% refund and included an additional gift at no cost so that you would not need to return the jar. As far as we understand, you had agreed to this offer.
Regarding your Shilajit Gold order, it is currently in transit. The latest status shows that delivery was attempted on 13 August 2025 at 13:12 but was unfortunately not successful. The carrier will make another delivery attempt in the next available cycle. We have also sent the tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel.
