I came to WOO because I was doing everything myself and completely burning out. Working with my coach, Brittany, has changed me completely in the best way! She helped me build real systems in my business, ones that finally made it possible for me to hire an operator and stop carrying the whole load on my own.
But really the biggest change for me was my mindset. That has always been my biggest block, and she knew exactly how to guide me through it. She didn’t just talk me through it, she gave me actual tools I now use every single day.
I feel 100x more confident, more supported, and way more equipped to grow my business because of her guidance. Working with her has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my business.

I just want to thank my Coach Brittney Shimizu. Brittney’s knowledge, guidance and professionalism helped me get through this program. WOO was overwhelming for me, a one man shop, but Brittney’s guidance helped me focus on the subjects that I understood. I liked the reactivation campaigns.

Are you on the fence? Do it! I'm the owner of a large successful catering company. We have experienced consistent growth and profit and have a 20 year work record. Everything was great (from the outside). We were desperate for direction on how to scale, how to set up SOP's, how to delegate, how to hire better and most of all....find a way to make time to enjoy our life outside of our business. When you are working 80 hours a week and your business consumes you - life is not the dream it should be.

My experience with WOO was awesome. I loved the in-person meetings, the ability to jump on live training with experts in business segments - and if you missed the live - it's always pre-recorded. Bonus templates are always available. The best part? My coach Christine Seibold. You need to be held accountable for the changes you are trying to make when jumping into a program like this. It's impossible to do it alone. Even if you have a successful business - you NEED this program. But remember - it only works if you invest the time in it. Thanks WOO for a great experience!

After 4 months I am already SO grateful for what I have learned through the WOO program. Their classes, guidance and mentorship have helped me to finally understand what I should and should not be putting my focus toward in the business. The systems and templates they provide have helped me find the right people to hire, get everyone on the same page, and make communication effective and efficient. I have gained so much more work life balance while being able to grow my business at the same time. I love how they don’t keep trade secrets for themselves- they share them openly so that we can all succeed. Everything they teach and share makes total sense, and they teach it in a way that makes it easy to understand and apply.

WOO has played a major role in the structure of my business, which indirectly helped increase revenue. They helped me learn how to build real systems, navigate hiring and offboarding, strengthen my onboarding procedures, and set up consistent performance reviews with real accountability to keep things moving forward. I did have some hiccups along the way, and to their credit, they made things right. The live seminars are my favorite part of the program, although the Wednesday and Thursday schedule can be challenging when your business only operates during the week and revenue depends on being open. My coach is Tony, and he is truly wonderful. Five stars for him.

I have worked with different coaching programs over the 20+ years that I have been in business. I love WOO coaching because it is metrics driven. Unlike other coaching programs that just work on mindset and tell you what to do, WOO gives you the roadmap and checklists so you can track dollars and cents. The coaching is metrics driven and I love that! Also, my personal coach Brittney, is no nonsense and knows exactly what to do in each situation that I present to her. There is no woowoo in WOO! It's straightforward and pushes you to the next level!

Kyra has been a fantastic coach that has supported us through some major system implementation. We are providing more clarity and support to staff and seeing increased sales as a result of positive company culture where everyone knows the direction we’re moving!

Brittney Schimizu is amazing!! This is my first year back in the work force since having kids starting 8 years ago and she made me feel great about it! She also really took the time to get to know me and my work and remembered things which just goes to show she truly cares. It’s always such a blast talking with her and just hearing her great advice and take on things. She really helps relate things in a way you understand and can adapt to your work. I’ve had business coaching before but this is top notch. Brittney is amazing with finding the things that needed done first and moving myself and my team forward.
