I ordered and waited 3weeks still haven’t see my order. I sent them a email asking about my order, all I got back was “the order was delivered”. Now I don’t even know who else to ask about my order. They didn’t try to help track my order. They are a big scam, don’t ever buy from this company. I will put more reviews other platforms, so people can stay away from this scam company and not to buy anything from Wellora ever!

They’re a scam, they’re false advertising. Do not buy from them!

I ordered one thing and received some thing different. The adverd Stat proudly made in south Africa but is got in ported, so had to wait a long time for it after stating delivery is 5 to7 business days. L order leak shield that is a spray buy got leak repair cream withe a brush that does not work the Sam as advertised. I have send mails but no replay from them and today is 11/12/2025and still nothing.

I used it one day left a circle burn with blisters on the skin where I put the patch I have tried many times contacting via email to wellora and sent pictures no response

Ordered products and paid.
Product shipped from China.
Took nearly 2 months to arrive in town. Post Office in SA is nearly non-existent. Was lucky when we received the goods.
Then i had to pay import taxes which was not disclosed when ordering.
Never again.
Ad showed South African company.

Ive ordered capsacare from them and out of there own thry took a R800 from my acc again for a next order same day i contact them to cancel order they just reply after about a week to let me know its a subscription they never mention it in the advert the capsacare dont work for my problem anyway im disgusted with them after 2 months argue with them they decided to give me R188 back what a scam company wont recomend them to anyone

Where is my ordered placed on the 27th September for my teeth whitening paste???? No response ??

Was skeptical too, but don't bite the negative bait. I placed my order on the 8th of Sept and received it today the 14th of Oct. Took long yes, but it arrived

this is a scam, order placed and then zero contact. you cannot get hold of anyone, emails are not responded to and different info email from different webpages. do not order anything from them. get your money back from your bank. they are a scam

Scam! They do not deliver the products and you get no response from anyone. Do not buy from this company!

My order is 50 days old. Still no delivery and the only response I get is that is at carrier.

Rubbish company, probably a scam…no delivery of product despite many promises that it was on its way!!!!

I was also scammed by Wellora on Facebook, denied that I had paid, but my bank statement clearly says Wellora. Will be taking legal action.
