Well Potted Plants 

I ordered a flowering plumeria and received a plant with yellow leaves and without flowers. When I messaged them with photos to replace it with the promised plant or take it back and refund, they responded with a funny generic message ''The plants were delivered in the correct size and pots. Please note that our plants are natural, so they may vary slightly from one another. Some may have slight discoloration or yellowing on the leaf tips, which is normal for living plants. Rest assured, they are healthy and delivered as per the correct size and specifications. Thank you for your understanding!''. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Not a trustworthy company. They delivered the wrong tree and refused to change it . i lost alot of money and hade to pay another place to get what i need

Never order anything from here: it's a scam! I placed an order and it's gone, and I'm not getting a refund. Please report this to the police if this happens to you! Be careful ⚠️

Very disappointing experience.
I paid extra for same-day delivery but the order arrived a day late and they refused to refund.
The order was wrong, they were not cooperative, and when we requested a replacement, they blocked us and asked for more money.
Wouldn’t recommend at all.

This is the worst company ever. I paid for the same day delivery, they never delivered. They don’t answer the calls, and they are all extremely rude. Definitely should be reported to authorities

They delivered the plants two days after order
They arrived evening and the plants were sprayed with something making it look very green
Then less than a week the plants became like the pictures even though that we were watering it as per instructions
And when I tried to contact customer care they told me and I am quoting “we deliver it healthy “ - (go figure what does it mean )

Worst service and planting company I have ever come across. They make you pay in advance with a payment link and then they don’t want to deliver and doesn’t answer your calls for days. When you threaten them you will report them they then deliver the wrong plant in the middle of the night dumping it on your doorstep. They are crooks and when you demand a refund they say “contact your bank”. The “owner”, a Fillipino lady that screams and is rude is the worst person I have ever dealt with. There goes 3500 dhs down the drain. Should have read all these complaints as it is all accurate. They only post what they want to post

Very poor quality plants and after service. They literally dropped the plant outside my door and left it there without handing it over and it is all torn and shriveled - nothing like the pictures in the ads. Even more poor customer service - they refuse to respond on WhatsApp or Instagram messenger. Suggest never to buy online from them!

Scam Warning. Please do not order from this company. They didn't provide a proof of delivery, they clearly didn't deliver the plants. Lie to you in writing saying they have delivered. Had to ask for a credit card cash back. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered, never would have used them. Guess they will post a response sating this is a scam review from a competitor, which is untrue. I am genuine. They are not.

I really had a very bad experience with this company i am waiting for 3 weeks and they deliver nothing

They take your money and disappear, and I know I’m not the only one saying this.
Bad experiences twice with them.. some lady comes over to see the plants, takes money online and ghosts you for days!

Extremely Unprofessional – Repeated Lies, No Delivery & Now Reported to Consumer Protection

I ordered from this business through their official website after seeing their advertisements on Instagram, where they clearly promised next-day delivery. It has now been more than two weeks, and I still have not received my order.

Every day I was told “delivery tomorrow”, and after many days of false promises, they stopped responding entirely. This is misleading advertising, negligent service, and a complete breach of trust.

Before posting this review, I checked other 1-star reviews and noticed a pattern:
Whenever someone gives them negative feedback, they simply reply claiming it is “not from a genuine customer” and blame it on competitors. This is extremely concerning because instead of taking responsibility, they try to invalidate honest customers.

I have full proof, including:
• Payment confirmation
• Website order details
• Repeated daily promises of “tomorrow”
• Their complete lack of response
• Their Instagram ad

Because of this behaviour, I am filing a formal complaint with:
✔️ UAE Consumer Protection (Ministry of Economy)
✔️ Consumer Court for further investigation

This is not about the AED 120 — it is about the dishonest and careless way they treat customers.
Businesses that operate like this should be held accountable, and I hope this review helps future customers avoid having the same experience.

The plants were of quite average quality, the Traveller’s Palm had two scorched leaves and didn’t look healthy. But much bigger disappointment was that when I shared this with them, they stopped responding to me in WhatsApp of via email. It seems to be a junk company with nice website that doesn’t know what customer service is, and just doesn’t care. That’s a huge disappointment and with such approach their business will eventually fail. It’s shocking to see so many negative reviews here.

The worst experience ever!
Do not buy anything from this store. I purchased a Kalamansi tree that never arrived. They took my money and never responded to my emails. Only after I mentioned contacting the police did they briefly reply on WhatsApp — still no refund, no delivery, and no proper communication. I already contacted the Police and will go to Dubai tomorrow to report the issue. This feels like a complete scam. Be very careful before ordering from them.

Horrible service , they forget to deliver , they have missing items which they don’t say . They also keep your money .

scam website, dead plant sent to me

I wish I had read the other reviews before buying from this store. My order arrived later than expected, and the plants were in poor condition when delivered. After unpacking, I noticed small insects coming from the plants, which has been difficult to manage. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times but have stopped receiving a response.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times — no answer, no follow-up, and still no delivery. It feels like they just stopped communicating after payment. Be careful before ordering.

I liked the variety of plants, but the delivery took longer than expected. The plant was healthy when it arrived, but the packaging could have been better. Overall not bad just room for improvement.

In Oct 2025, I ordered a plant from Well Potted Plants (WPP) and received the wrong item. The plant delivered did not match the image on their website in size or appearance. I contacted them several times by WhatsApp, their web query form, and email, but did not receive a response or a resolution. The only WhatsApp reply I received simply stated that the plant had been delivered, with no acknowledgment of the issue.

Because the matter was not addressed, I opened a dispute with Tabby, the payment platform I used for the purchase. After their investigation, Tabby concluded that I should receive a 50% refund (to cover the pot only).

After this, I received several WhatsApp messages from WPP that I found threatening. They alleged that I was breaking the law by leaving a 1-star review and stated they would file a police case unless I removed it and demanded full payment through a payment link (even though original purchase was made through Tabby). At that time, I did not remove my original review. Instead, I requested that they remove their Trustpilot reply claiming I was not a genuine customer, as this is incorrect. That reply remains online.

Due to the nature of their messages, I contacted the Police, who informed me that writing a 1-star review is not a crime, but sending threatening messages is a criminal matter. They advised me to file a police report, which I did. After opening the case, I received further threatening communication, which I reported to both Tabby and Trustpilot.

I have now received an email from WPP stating that they have filed a police case against me for alleged defamation.

Defamation under UAE law is the act of making a false statement or accusation—spoken, written, or online—that harms a person or company’s reputation.

This updated review is based solely on documented and provable events from my personal experience. At the time of writing this review (Nov 2025), WPP had a very high proportion of 1-star reviews describing similar experiences. (currently 88% as per their dashboard)
