Well Potted Plants 

I bought a lemon tree online. But they didn’t deliver. After following up 3 times they even stopped responding to my messages.

I had a very disappointing experience with Well Potted Plant LLC. Company. I ordered 4 Areca Palm from Well Potted Plants LLC, and within the first week the plants condition started to deteriorate. Plants are wilted, damaged, and clearly not a good quality product.
I reached out to customer service multiple times, Maria but response was very slow and unhelpful. I contacted the Manager and instead of offering a solution, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I asked her to replace just one palm for me and I am not looking for any refund, but just an exchange. They refused to exchange even one plant. I am very disappointed with the kind of post customer service they have. Sadly, this company failed on both fronts.
I won’t be ordering from them ever again and would recommend others look elsewhere. There are plenty of other plant sellers out there who care about quality and good and professional customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the hassle—shop somewhere that actually cares about their customers and products.

Poor after sales service. I messaged to check with them if they PROVIDE a tray if I order a lemom tree in nursery pot.
They said yes and I've ordered online.
No confirmation for 2 days despite messaging and calling them.
They replied on 3rd day and said maybe tomorrow and I have to pay for the tray.
I was upset and they told me by all means to tell my friends the bad experience I had and post on IG if I want.
Horrible customer service.
FYI I haven't gotten my lemon tree yet.
Please do not patronise this business.

Zero service for return they will never do also they send 90% more expensive price than what they offer they sent luco phyllum and they said its lavender the price 300 for each after discount 190 dhs also it's 10 dhs every where I don't advise

Post sales experience was really bad. I made a purchase online and immediately called the team to confirm the delivery (which was next day). Both team members agreed however they failed to deliver timely. When I followed up there was no response, neither on call nor on WhatsApp. I kept chasing and they finally responded (the next day) stating that they will deliver after 2 days. They didnt bother to update nor were they willing to accomodate delivery. Finally, I cancelled the order. Please beware of false commitments.

Sub zero! If there was an option for subzero star i would have picked it! The worst! Quality bad and customer service is even worse

Worst customer service ever
Experienced in Dubai. No follow up, wrong confirmation date, no update, no delivery.

After order was completed I haven't received any confirmation email, and I had to approach company myself regarding delivery - poor customer service. After my delivery date was set, it didn't arrived. After that day they delivered the plant and just left it in front of the door. Plant didn't meet my expectations, whatever they advertise it's not actual. Unfortunately, I haven't read any reviews, and company doesn't have Google reviews available, otherwise I would never order. Not recommended.

Its a pity I did not read the reviews first. Like every other review, my advice is to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute Scam. I gave 1 start as its the lowest option.

Absolutely worst customer experience, plants weee delayed by a month, driver was rude, just left them outside the door after originally delivering to the wrong unit.

Website is misleading as they clearly only put the positive reviews.

Fraud! Simply stealing money from u , no delivery, no refund !

horrible experience!!!! 0 stars. please avoid. I've been lied to, treated badly, the plant looks nothing like in the pictures and they've changes the pot without asking me to a pot that I don't like and they very casually said when I asked them that they changed it because the one I wanted was not in stock. please avoid at all cost or at least don't pay them in advance, do cash on delivery and don't pay if it's not to your liking.

They do not answer emails or WhatsApp- they “guaranteed an order on the same day” and did not deliver. It is imposs To reach them. The pots they give are too small for the plants.

Put 1 star but it’s actually a ZERO!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! Paid online and was told my order would be delivered next day! Ha ! Complete joke! It’s been almost 3 weeks! They would reply to my messages saying the plant will be delivered tomorrow yet nothing ! They then stopped answering my messages! They are LIARS and THIEVES!!!

Plant delivered was leaning forward unfortunately I was not home at delivery or I would not have accepted it. They replied put more soil in the pot ? The quality of their potting is very sub standard and so it their customer service so far I’m giving zero. Today the plant is literally falling apart and leaning onto the floor! Nowhere post photos here so you can see !
I have asked for replacement plant

. Sent the wrong sized item and two damaged leaves. They put leaf shiner on in which was dripping all over my house. Then when I asked for them to take back immediately they said no.And refusing to offer a refund if we don’t drop the plant back 135 km away from my home. Outrageous !

The worst experience ever
I have ordered an palm tree it came in a broken plastic pot full of insects.. Even the sole not a pure one
I can't pinpoint what exactly it is.
And some of the leaves were almost dead, l tried my best to fix the situation and save the plant but unfortunately it it doesn't work, the problem that they don't answer to the messages or calls emails and the result is no refunded money.
Hope every one announces them as a SCAM

One star is way too generous! They definitely deserve 0.
The worst service I've ever experienced.
They charged me 20AED more for COD fees that I did not use.
The after sale service is very lousy to say the least.
Kept on calling and texting ... they do not answer...
And the only time they answered, the lady on the phone who turned out to be the owner ( what a joke! ) instead of listening and trying to find a solution ,started yelling and hung up on me.
The plant leaves turned yellow in less than a week.
And since the pot was too small (though I paid for a bigger size) for the size of the plant, the plant tilted to one side after few days.
My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
