I received an email on Feb 18 asking about the status of my husband's current CGM sensors supply. I replied promptly and accurately. That same day I got a confirmation that the order was "in progress". Fair enough, had enough for another month before the last sensor runs out. That happened yesterday, March 16. There has been no notice that the supplies shipped and nothing has arrived. What does it take to stay current on the CGMs? He has to do finger-sticks again. Tracking his blood sugar just got more complicated.

I called because I was having trouble time after time when trying to push the button to release the CGM. I would always have to find someone to do it for me due to the weakness in my hands. When I called Wellstart, they connected me to a customer care agent who was fantastic. She explained a different way for me to attach a CGM by putting the device on a hard surface and placing my arm over it. After one year of struggling, the CSA solved all my problems!

They don't send me questions every week, "what I need", but rather, they let me know when I need my supplies. They know how many were sent to me and how long it takes to use them up. I get an email letting me know it is time and asking if I want the order processed. It's not like drug stores or mail-order pharmacies, where I have to know when I am running out.
