This company is a SCAM!! They advertise their product fits most showers- which it in fact doesn’t and when I received it sure enough it didn’t fit so I contacted them to return it for a refund and then they just said if you buy additional pieces for the filter it will fit your shower- so I did in good faith- when I should have insisted on the refund because after spending even more money on their rip off scam, it still didn’t fit my shower which is a stock standard - very common shower rose! Then months later they charge my card without authority and send me filters I didn’t order! As soon as I saw the unauthorised order go through I emailed them directly and they ignored my email and two subsequent emails and sent the filters anyway and only then after they had sent, did they reply and pretty well said “sorry but you subscribed so bad luck, it’s our policy! This company are unbelievable!! They falsely advertise their product fits most showers when it doesn’t, they refuse return requests for a refund, despite their policy and then send more product!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Recently bought a shower filter from these guys and was blown away with the results on my skin. Great looking product and would definitely recommend.
