I ordered the same model of runner…

I ordered the same model of runner twice in November and December 2023, and although it was in stock when I placed the order, I was contacted and informed that they have one item left which was deteriorated during dispatch and I was asked what I want to do. Obviously I asked for a refund which I received, but what are the odds, for both orders the same excuse??!!! Something is not right! However I am happy I had my money back and I will never order again from them despite they advertise the rugs that I very much like.
