I ordered three watches that were never delivered despite multiple e mails. The last e mail was marked delivered by a nebulous shipping company. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL ALLL ALL COSTS unless you have money to lose. THIS SITE IS A NEST OF CROOKS.

The order from official company's store has not arrived after two months waiting but I received an email saying it has been which is false.
The official company's store does not reply to numerous emails nor in support chat on the web site.
I highly recommend to avoid buying a watch on their site they will take your payment and send you nothing but irrelevant email.
There no way to get through to support either.

I ordered a watch couple of years ago and the wristband broke. I ordered a new one in October 2021. On their website they state the order as shipped, while I never received a track & trace number. When trying to call them, they don’t pick up the phone & after lots of emails I never got an answer… (while they respond automatically they’ll come back within 24-48h). I have sent beginning of 2022 a message for refund (as I paid the order). It's been more than 2 months, I have not received any confirmation regarding the initiation of refund request nor they are replying to my emails. Moreover my cart history is also not showing anything regarding my placing and cancelling request.

Been two years since I had their watch, the design is quite slick and minimalist. No problem with customer service and overall is a legit company.

I ordered a watch for my girlfriend after ordering I realised that their is another model of Welly Merck which my girlfriend will like so within 1 hour of placing my order I cancelled it.
