We use external courier services to deliver our orders, and unfortunately items can sometimes be damaged in transit, which is beyond our direct control.
The boots may have been previously tried on and returned by another customer. While we carefully inspect all returns to ensure they are in a resalable condition, there are occasions where the packaging may show signs of wear.
As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, conserving resources, and promoting responsible consumption, we do not routinely replace packaging.
