Easy ordering, good selection, keen prices
Ordering process really easy, excellent selection and really good prices. One of the items I ordered was unavailable, they emailed me with an alternative product and refunded the difference which is brilliant. Other online retailers often just say it's out of stock and leave you to it. The delivery came really early which was great, he took photos of the boxes as delivered and how they were loaded on the van too. Happy with the quality of the items received too, great store, will use again.

May look great - Doesn't last long.
The delivery was great, looks fab installed. Price attracted me to buying with these guys for a full new bathroom.
After 6 months I noticed a slight split in the bathroom cupboard. As time has gone on, its gone wider and more noticeable. I emailed to see if there was a guarantee, a straight swap would have been great. But no, apparently, this is my fault for getting it wet or having lack of ventilation to make it blow? It has a bowl sink not a dipped sink on the top, in front of an open window with also a ventilation system just to the right. It doesn't get wet as the water is inside a huge bowl sink!? But after 6 months - if their product is this cheap, easily damaged and won't even last a year, why would they sell it!? It's supposed to be designed for a bathroom!??? And then further have the cheek to say they will sell me another one for a bit cheaper!? Insulting. Wouldn't recommend the glossy cupboards. They don't last long!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the vanity unit and appreciate how frustrating it must be to experience an issue after installation, particularly when you were otherwise pleased with the appearance of the product and the delivery service.
Following our review of the photographs provided, the damage shown is consistent with moisture ingress causing the material to swell and split over time. Whilst we completely understand your comments regarding the bowl sink, window, and extractor fan, bathroom furniture is still exposed to varying levels of humidity and moisture during everyday use. For this reason, all of our furniture is supplied with a care and maintenance guide, which is included within the product packaging and outlines the importance of keeping the unit dry and ensuring appropriate ventilation.
We would also like to reassure you that we sell hundreds of these units every month. If there were an inherent design or manufacturing defect with this range, it would quickly become apparent through wider customer feedback and warranty claims. Fortunately, this is not something we have experienced with these products.
Whilst we appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, our assessment concluded that the issue was not caused by a manufacturing fault and therefore falls outside the scope of the product warranty. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a replacement unit at a reduced cost in an attempt to assist, although we understand that this was not the resolution you were seeking.
We are genuinely sorry that you have been left disappointed and thank you for sharing your experience. We value all customer feedback and wish you the very best with your bathroom going forward.

I LOVE - we love bathrooms
Okay, I’ve been working two weeks for Victoria plumbing to get back to me.. they seem to have farmed their customer service out of America or somewhere that is impossible to get hold of people. I was desperate to get my bathroom components as quickly as possible as my Plumber was going on holiday and brilliant we love bathrooms had an actual human who spoke to me who sorted the order out immediately and got it delivered the next day. I have to say I love bathrooms. I really do and I can’t thank you enough for being so on it. I despair of these companies who have replaced humans with AI and I think having real humans at the end of the phone is a game changer and will make this business so much more successful, thank you.

The toilet was delivered damaged
The toilet was delivered damaged. Contacted We Love Bathrooms to get replacement. New order raised but delivery address was incorrect. Called to advise of their error but was told to contact online. Contacted online to be told 'need to call'. Called again to be told again to contact online. Still waiting for a call back after waiting on the phone for over an hour.

Having reviewed the matter, I can confirm that the member of staff you initially spoke with was correct in advising that the issue needed to be handled by our Service Team rather than our Sales Team, as they are responsible for managing delivery issues and replacement orders.
I can also confirm that once contact was made regarding the address discrepancy, the requested address change was actioned and the delivery details were updated accordingly.
That said, I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced trying to get this resolved. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been, particularly when you were attempting to correct an issue that should not have occurred in the first place.
One point I would like to clarify is the reported telephone wait time. If you could advise which day you called, we would be happy to investigate further, as our call records do not show any queue times approaching the one-hour wait you have mentioned.
