Absolute waste of my time

Absolute waste of my time. I'm not sure if this is a scam company or not, but they texted me to confirm payment of VAT upon shipment (when this should be under the VAT threshold per UK website), I agreed and then questioned after I looked up the rules, then they said they can't ship to the UK and they'd refund and then they never did either. They stopped responding to my messages. I thought I was doing good by avoiding Amazon but I would steer FAR AWAY from this company.

AVOID!

AVOID!! Ordered the pram months ago, should have had it delivered in September . Kept getting delayed and lied to ‘it will be in stock in 2 weeks’ etc but NOTHING! Then received an email to say they will refund me. When I replied to ask if the pram is available in a different colour they said the one I originally ordered would be in stock in 1-2 weeks which they never mentioned when they all of a sudden said they’ll refund me. Still NO REFUND and getting NO REPLIES now to my many emails sent. I want my money back especially at this expensive time of year plus nothing to show for the money I have spent on a non existent pram!!! Will report to trading standards.

Awful service

Placed my order a few weeks ago which never arrived so contacted this company who got back to me very quickly and politely, told me my item was not in stock and if I wanted to could get a refund, I choose to get a refund as I was due any day, however it's now been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my refund I've also emailed twice and still nothing no replies and no refund. Awful service

Unfortunately had to change 5* review to 1 star. A great start and in store customer service initially some months ago but waiting over 6 weeks for goods after being told you would call to clarify but never do is unacceptable for returning customers.
I really rated Jason upon first purchasing but it’s absolutely been tarnished by the substantial order being up in the air for such a long time. A chargeback request was the route we had to go down adding even more stress. What a disappointment.

AVOID

Same as others, waited weeks for our order it never came. Said they were waiting on a car seat but we found the same system (and £60 cheaper) at smyths and all of it is in the same packaging so we have come to the conclusion they must have taken the car seat from our order and were fobbing us off waiting for another one. Told we could have a refund, never went in then told to do a chargeback. This means we’re now left with credit card payments to cover the pram we don’t have and the replacement one we had to purchase. Absolutely disgusting company and to hear they are potentially trying to operate under a new name is shocking!!

My daughter and her partner have paid for their travel system. Got a phone call to say they couldn’t fulfill their order but venicci would give them the same deal and they would sort it out with them. Daughter hadn’t heard anything, said they would refund her money still waiting. And now found out they haven’t refunded them. £1000 down and no pram. No contact from Jason or charles ignoring all messages. Disgusting scamming pregnant woman. Now opened as NOTH STAR BABY.
Trading standards been contacted!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS if i could give this company 0 stars i would. Took a 700 pound deposit from us and as we went to pay the remainder they have said they cannot fulfil our order. They said they have refunded us but its still not in the bank. We have now had to go and pay for another pram. This time from a PROPER company. Hope the bank can refund us.

Ordered a pram in October With lie…

Ordered a pram in October With lie after lie being told us 'it's on it's way' 'be here next week' we didn't receive it so we had to get a refund I went into the store explained we need the pram urgently so they Refunded the £850 there and then refunds take 3-5 days still NOT got it Baby is in Neonatal Mum is worried and no money for a new pram. Emailed them 3 days ago still NO response. Leaving me with no option to take it further. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST A WORD they say!!! These pregnant ladies are so excited and stressed about having a child they do NOT need you guys adding to it.

Please be wary when dealing with this company!!!

*edit, I have now received my refund of what I paid cash after threatening to take it further, and have had to go through my bank to claim the money back I spent on card, however I still cannot stop there as it’s not just about me it’s about all the women who are suffering*

We love baby Bolton- now being changed to North Star baby limited

I originally put a deposit on a travel system in June.. then paid in full In july.

The men seemed lovely at first but then it turned into what has been 5 months of hell and stress in my pregnancy causing me to be in hospital multiple times due to stress (and I have proof I’m not the only one that is going through this)

I have tried to call the company over probably 1000 times to either get my pram or a refund. And I’m still yet to receive one.

I have spent £100s on fuel driving to Bolton to try and resolve and I’m constantly met with Lies.

I have also attached the hundreds of messages and emails I have had to send.

I am now in a position where my baby is due next month and have no pram or a refund, so will have to spend even more to try and get one I can buy from a store and will unfortunately be unable to get my dream pram as I don’t have time to order one.

I know this has also happened to a lot more pregnant women some who have even had their baby come and have nothing ready for them as their whole nursery and pram was ordered through we love baby. And many are not fortunate enough to be able to buy again.

The shop is being emptied as we have been up and can see and they’re trying to close the company down and open a new one taking everyone’s money with them. (Proof attached)

They have also stated they are still taking orders so Continue to scam people, all while not opening the store doors to avoid contact with us who have already been scammed.

I am completely heartbroken and disgusted.

Please avoid at all costs

Can’t even refund

Basically been left with no pram for my twin girls as he couldn’t deliver the pram that was ordered then told us he couldn’t refund us we would have to do charge backs on my cards seems like a scam now £1000 down until December the 22nd as that’s when Mastercard can refund it’s next to impossible to contact the business via phone or email I urge all to stay well away

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, we were advised our order would take two weeks in July 2023 to be delivered, after a month we began to chase and were constantly advised they could not locate the order and when they did were provided several different dates the order would be delivered. When we did not hear anything by the dates provided we were advised no dates were given and then provided a different date. We eventually cancelled the order due to the lack of updates, constant lies about delivery dates and the poor customer service received and asked for a refund. We were advised that the refund would be in our account with 3-5 working days. Three weeks later we have not received a refund and we are unable to get a response from the company. Worst business I have ever encountered.

Deceiving pre-order dates

Warning to other soon to be parents, I read previous reviews but still decided to go ahead with my purchase as there were some positive and some negative but I thought I’d give the company a chance. I ordered my bedside crib on pre order on 1st sept (1-4weeks delivery stated) after chasing multiple times I’ve now been refunded as the item is still not due in stock and I’m due to have my baby in 2 weeks, I’m now having to panic buy another crib, hopefully that arrives before baby does. Customer service was initially good with a same day email response but after that my emails were ignored and my message for a call back, after multiple attempts of phoning I was eventually able to speak to someone. This has caused me a lot of additional stress.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I pre ordered Nubi2 pushchair on the 6th of July. I received an email stating it would be in stock between 1-4 weeks. I left it a week after still nothing. I have emailed them on numerous occasions had no reply. I have contacted them via social media still no reply.
When I have rang them they have said they would ring me back within the hour they never did!
When I did ring them they said it would be in next week same every time I rang them. Still no pushchair on the 16th August I had enough I asked for a refund. I got an email saying my purchase had been cancelled and I have been refunded! It’s now the 24th august I still haven’t had a refund! Luckily I used PayPal so these are looking in to it for me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
JUST RIPING PEOPLE OFF

Dear Amy, after looking into your order I can see the pushchair was originally on pre order but these where delayed unfortunately by an additional 2 weeks, I can see the refund has been processed and refunded in full, the reason this wasn't refunded immediately was due to our supplier automatically dispatching the pushchair once it came back into stock.

I can only apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused, but if you need any further help please don't hesitate to contact us.
