If I could give less than one I would. I ordered 4 custom team sweaters and all of them were wrong and they won’t refund me ‘because they were custom’ problem is there isn’t a SINGLE thing about them that is what I ordered.

Awful products and awful customer service. DO NOT ORDER from this company. The hats I got were completely bent and unwearable and the shirt size was wrong with much smaller logo than advertised so it looks dumb. This is a complete scam don’t waste your money

DO NOT BUY! This is the worst online experience I have ever encountered.
They sent my order to the wrong house which took over a 2 months to finally received, once received the product was wrong and the stitching was horrendous and now they are trying to give me 10% refund for something that cost over $100!! I have over 50 emails with this company going back and forth and I’m still not satisfied!
Never again will I purchase from this place

After a month of emails I still do not have a correct sweatshirt for a gift. They have tried to give 10-20 &30% back but not correct their error. My answer is stop payment to this TERRIBLE COMPANY. They must operate out of the US too since they only correspond at night and no phone number to talk to anyone.

Do not order from this company. The sent me a defective product and refused to refund me even it’s on their part!! They don’t get back to you at all and they have been ignoring my emails to them every time.

Do NOT order from this company, they are a scam. They send you what you didn’t order and the stuff they send is trash and won’t refund any money to you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two customized jackets for my daughters. They look cheap. They were also the wrong colors and had the wrong patches. They left off patches that I had ordered and added patches that I didn’t want. When I contacted them, they offered me a 10% discount. They would not let me return the jackets. Communication and customer service is horrendous.

I wish I could give them less than 0. RUN from this company. I ordered sweaters, they game AFTER mothers day, their is no management at the company, they send me mistakes, then they RESEND me the order with even MORE mistakes/wrong sizes. I have almost 60 email exchanges with them about asking for a refund or getting the order correct. Thsi "company" is uncapable of customer service or accuracy. They are a SCAM, RUN! I've been dealing with this for 4 months.

I would give it Zero stars but it won't allow me too. I placed a fathers day gift order and it took over a month to receive. Now, I was so excited to receive my order so I didn't mind the wait. However, I received 2 items that were not what was displayed on their page. The first design wasn't what I order and they left my daughters image without a hand. The second one was suppose to be 3 images, and two of them you couldn't even make out what the image was. I should've looked up reviews before purchasing because once I reached out to customer service instead of a full refund or taking care of it and making it right, they said I could receive a 7% refund or place another order and get a discount... ridiculous! I won't ever order from them, save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

Horrible! They went that far to offer a
15% refund when they were called out on using the wrong skin color. A joke of a company or business.

would not recommend! I ordered matching hats, two kids size and one adult, in the Health Grey. First, the order took over a month to get here and 2nd the hats do not match. The picture has the adult and kids hats being the same color and that is not what I received. I reached out to customer service and they want me to keep the hats and give me a 10% refund. That won’t even cover the cost of one of the wrongly advertised hats.

I read the reviews for this company AFTER I made my order, and they really scared me into thinking I was getting scammed. My order did take a while to come in.. (I ordered a week before Father’s Day, and it came almost 2 weeks after) .. BUT the sweater I ordered finally came in, and it was AMAZING. The right size, the right names, and the embroidered picture of my kids was perfect.

4 stars because of the wait time, but I’m so happy with my sweater.

I would leave a zero if I could, this is the worst company I have ever ordered anything with. I placed two orders and the second one was delivered today before I have even received the first one (which was ordered days before the second one). I get my order today and had ordered gray hats and they came in tan. I am very unhappy and would never recommended this company to anyone.

I would mark zero stars if I could. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I am usually pretty understanding of issues but this was ridiculous. I tried to order a hoodie for Father’s Day and it was over a month late. So, I emailed for an answer and they dismissed me for awhile saying it’s coming. Then I got an email from them saying there was an issue on their end and that I HAD TO PAY for the item and shipping again. Then I asked for a refund and they said they would have to subtract their shipping cost from it. When I asked again for a full refund: they dismissed me again.

Do not buy anything from this company. They messed up my order won't refund me and said had to pay for a new one.

I would really give 0 stars for the experience I’ve had. I ordered at least a month before Mother’s Day and didn’t get it till 2 weeks after. I was sent the wrong size and when I emailed customer service they said it would cost me $60 to send the item back so then I was offered 10% refund then was told they could give me as much as 20%. Then came the offer of pay $15 in shipping for a new item. I’ve been fighting with customer service for a week about just refunding my money. 10/10 do not recommend!

I ordered two sweatshirts as Mother's Day gifts which were suppose to be embroidered along the neckline with hearts on the sleeve. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order! I requested no names on the sleeve, but two hearts instead. The sweatshirt literally had "no names two hearts please" embroidered onto the sleeve! And neither of the sweatshirts look anything like what is pictured online. When I contacted the company for a refund for the defective items, they first offered a 10% refund then a 20% discount and then advised me that the most they could offer for a refund was 30%. Not worth the $40 a sweatshirt I paid. I don't even know if I'd pay $15 for them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I also did not realize until the order was shipped that it was coming from China. I would negative 5 stars if I could.

This company has the worst customer service and shipping. waited over a month for my order to never get to me. then they pretty much tell me its my problem with no help or refund. don't order from them. it comes all from china and you never get it. can imagine what the outfits quality really was for the price.

Stay away!!!! Everyone is telling the truth! Wrong size sent. They told me sorry they must have messed up at the warehouse. "But as it is still wearable give it to someone else and well give you 20% of your next purchase." Seriously? Ordered a month before mothers day. Got it 2 weeks after..... and wrong size. This company sucks!!!!!
