I initially posted a bad review for We Love To Create after I received an engraved keyring and the engraving was incomplete. The negative review was an irrational, knee-jerk reaction and for that I apologise.

I have today received another engraved keyring with the engraving that I wanted, and for that I sincerely thank you.

Their response to my issue was very fast and they speedily rectified the problem.

Trustworthy company, great customer service and amazing products.

Highly recommended. 5 stars.
