I still have not received an item…
I did finally receive shipment of the item ordered, on January 21 ( 4 months after placing the order ) and Welter assumed full responsibility for all the costs involved. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed many months and the box did finally arrive in the heart of winter, so I have been unable to open it, verify its condition or install the sculpture. This review has been updated.
