Great customer support
My order of spareparts for the Swing was delivered next day, which was nice. But what made me even more happy was that the Weltevree customer support supplied extra parts which they knew I needed (which I was not aware of). Very customer oriented! Great service.

At the start of each working day, orders that have come through are forwarded for collection the following day. So for Germany, delivery usually takes around 3 to 5 working days in total.
