No Quality, no Guarantee, no Reply

Bad Quality, No Guarantee, No Reply.

Purchase: Kompatibler Ersatz fur APPLE Macbook Air 13 inch 2011 Laptop Akku

After 6 months of use, when the battery goes down to about 50% it suddenly drops down to 7%.
Attempts to claim a replacement for a defective batterie via e-mail do not get answered.

The Website boasts a 3 Year Guarantee, High Quality new Materials, and a reply within 24 hours: all of which are totally dishonest claims. DO NOT Trust this online shop. You will be a very unhappy customer.

Horrible...Please dont support them.

Sent a wrong battery. Tried to get a replacement or refund, they told to send back the battery to a warehouse with RMA number. They do not have return receipt. I had to pay for the postage and they told they will pay once they receive the battery. After one week they told that they have not received the parcel, whereas on the postal service website it clearly showed that the parcel was received by the seller in 2 days. I had to complain to paypal and prove that the seller was trying to fraud me. Many messages later paypal sent me money, but I lost the return postage. Got away with the small loss of postage but a very time taking and bitter experience. NEVER AGAIN and NOBODY should support such companies.

Fraud website

BEWARE !! Worst quality, super low service, total Fraud
Doesn't reply to mails, sits in China .
Even PayPal can't help. Don't buy . They are cheaters.....
