So stellt man sich Kundensupport vor!!

Hello,
Osmosis had formed in the tub of our hot tub. After I reported this to Welvaere, they immediately agreed to replace the hot tub free of charge. This has now been done. The entire hot tub, including the built-in technology, the steps, the filter box and the drink holder, has been replaced. Simply fantastic and highly recommended.
The support technician was extremely friendly, always helpful and answered every question.

That's customer support. It's not common nowadays, but it's priceless. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

Great service and speed of installation

Just had a barrel sauna installed and everything went smoothly. The installation team arrived sharp at 8am, and were done by around 2pm. When researching, Welvaere had very good reviews, but were the most expensive compared to other companies. But based on a very negative experience with a solar panel company, I decided to bite the bullet and select the best reviewed. So far so good, but I will post an updated review in 6 months time after regular use of the sauna.

Great Delivery, Good Product

Due to some communication issues, we had a small issue and needed to find a crane but thanks to the delivery person Jesse everything went smoothly. He was really helpful and did his best while we trying to find a crane. It was clear that his main priority was making the customers happy. Really happy with everything, Thank you Welvaere and Jesse.
